I've found a few of these but not one that installs through an app manager like on 2.1 My rom is Macnut_R12 hoping someone will link me one that works. Thanks.
This works fine on Onyx 4.2. YMMV, though. http://db.tt/f7X6c4u

I have been trying for a while to find a solution to switch the TW calendar out for the stock froyo calendar. I tried to follow the directions in the sticky but for some reason using fileexplorer it wont let me delete or overwrite the stock calendar app. I am on nero v1. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Doesn't work on Nero, there is a graphical glitch and now I can't find calendar.apk anywhere on the nero rom zip.
.
Graphical Glitch w/ Nero v2
Hi,
Just wanted to post that I tried pushing the calendar and calendar provider apks picked out from Eugene's Ginger Clone ROM and I got the same graphical glitch. It occurs towards the top, like a grey smudge, right?
I'm using Nero v2. I also kept getting force closes w/ the stock calendar when going into the settings menu and tapping calendars. I love the Nero v2 rom, but hate that awful blue TouchWiz theme.
Has anybody found a solution for the grey / gray bar / bubble / smudge in the meantime?
(Stock Android calendar extracted from update-cm-6.1.2-DesireHD-signed @ Galaxy S with Darky's ROM)
Hi All,
Since most of us have been moving to US Tmob and GB froyo, the blur launcher has been tweeked and made to work like a gem. It is really smooth and I do not find necessity to go to Launcher Pro.
Walter had previously put out a themed blur launcher like this one for his MS2 ROM. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=743372
Unfortunately it cannot be used on these froyo builds. Can anyone please theme the stock launcher please?.
I tried many times on all froyo builds to make the themed launcher work but could not do so. Walter had given a zip file to install it from CWM but that kept bricking the phone and I had to use alternate launcher to keep the phone running and flash an sbf.
Can anyone do that pleaaase ?
Im with you on this one too. I actually like the original blur launcher but it would be nice if you could actually change the assignment of the right hand button to go to text messaging or setttings etc..
Wondering where walter is these days. He can help if he sees this.

Is there anyway to modify the News and Weather Widget from TouchWiz 4.0 to work on CM7?
I really like the look of the widget and there is nothing like it in the market.

Nope, the manufacturer UI (sense, touchwiz, blur) is closed source so it will only work on the manufacturers ROM, or a ROM based on the manufacturers ROM.
While I'm not new to Modding, I have searched high and low for the Gmail Timescape and Photo Timescape outside of the market.
I own a Samsung Fascinate, and with a little effort, have the Sony Timescape app working, but the market doesn't recognize this phone as compatible. I've also Googled for several market workarounds to no avail; I have tried the Astro trick and several build.prop edits.
Could someone with an Xperia please go to the market and download then host the apks so I can try and get them working on this device?
The apps are free so I don't see why this would be an issue? Thanks.

What rom are you running?
May I ask what UI you are running? and what you had to do to get Timescape running? Im currently on Miui and having Timescape on it also would be pretty nice. Ive looked around and found roms of Timescape on the fassy but I just want the ability to run it on my current rom is that what your trting to accomplish?

Search, before post!
Timescape for CM7 | MiUI
Thanks ...sorry should have done a better job at searching.
I'm using an sony launcher from Arc,but the timescape widget is only working for the home.apk you provided.I would like to know what changes did you make to the launcher for timescape widget to work on it...just in case I'll attach my home the one where the widget isn't working...I'm running .42 firmware on Neo with Miui built from android 2.3.7 and cm sources
To summarize:
I'm on Samsung Fascinate running CM7 (7.1.0).
Timescape v0.9.3
Timescape widget 1.0
Sony Home v1.0.B4
Infinite View 0.9.1
Numbers don't seem to match up, but I've never had an Xperia, so tbh I don't know.
Main goal was to have someone pull the Timescapes from the market and link them so that non-xperia users, like myself, can try to get the full UI experience working. =)
I don't believe the actual timescape app itself is on the market. If its the APKs you are looking for, you can try the thread for the arconium rom. It's basically a tweaked stock rom, but timescape is actually included as an optional add-on instead of with the rom.
