I can find tons of app icon packs but none of them seem to have app drawer icons. I'm mainly looking for the glossy triangle like the one in the default mt4g espresso launcher or one hat I've seen that looks like a halo. Anything would be appreciated!

hi,
been looking around for some way to change the app drawer transitions from the fly-in/fly-out icon style. i'd be curious to see anything else, really.
it seems that these modifications are often part of a home screen app so is there a decent home screen app that does this? i'm currently using ADW (and like it a lot) so something similar would be great.
thanks.
Launcher Pro has a customizable app drawer. I use the 3D drawer, it looks incredible. You might give it a try.
thanks, i'll give it a try.
ADW Launcher has features in there too, you just need to find it.
I know. I changed the drawer from horizontal to vertical and disabled animations, simply because the only animation is the zoom / fly-in effect. other than that, i didn't see too much that affected the transitions.
I was just wondering can any DEV out there make a the app drawer in Launcher2 look like the Touchwiz app drawer. W/ all the nice color thingies. I think that would look nice.
Here is my idea. To add the square Colors that boxes in the app in the app drawer of Touchwiz to Launcher2.
I figure that it would look nice with the 3D effect on Launcher2
If anyone can make a that MOD come to life i would thank you. I would do it myself but i don't know how???
Hey guys,
I come from the iPhone, and in our jailbreak themeing app, you were able to create an icon file over lay. This overlay would be put onto every app, no matter the name, or if it had a custom app icon or not. Meaning you could make a frame for an icon, have the middle of the frame transparent, and the skinning platform would automatically apply that frame to every icon on your homeboard.
Is there something similar to this for Android?
There's a bunch of Launchers with all sorts of theme. Search for them in the market . Try Go launcher

+1 To the above mentioned post...I have been using ADW Launcher EX for some time now and there are plenty of themes/icon packs to choose from. There is one proviso to most of these Themes...The good ones you generally have to pay for. But they are not terribly expensive and if you don't like right away you can refund.
I know there are lots of themes. However, many themes don't cover -all- the icons. Only the icons which they have the icon set for. I was wondering if there is a universal icon theming system.
I know that in adw ex u can put a color square background around every icon

I posted this in the nova launcher thread "Can someone please tell me why this launcher doesn't recognize transparency? I just want to use custom icons in the dock without having a black background."
I got responses from multiple people stating that they are able to use transparent icons. I imagine this is only rezound specific. Anyone else having this issue?
So no one else has this issue?
I'm bumping this because I'm also curious, the 3 default dock icons are transparent, but I cannot for the life of me get my own to come up transparent. They come up fine in LauncherPro so I know they are transparent.
*edit*
OP, I figured it out, I don't know why exactly, but when I chose browse files instead of browse gallery they come up transparent.
I think this is rezound specific due to screen resolution maybe. On my galaxy tab I can choose from gallery and transparency works fine, but not on my rezound. I will use select file instead.

I'm using custom icons with transparent backgrounds in my Nova dock. I do see a faint(very very very faint) box around some icons but I can kick that out in editing.
An app like Action Launcher Pro that works on Gingerbread? I really don't feel like switching a fully undeveloped ICS Rom just for one app but have been looking for something like this...
Or like QuickDroid or the ADWLauncher search bar with the six dots in it as well.
Kinda like Smart Taskbar but with a widget bar option that also allows you to search within the box.
Is there such an app, or will I have to settle for Smart Taskbar?
Any suggestions?
