[Q] rom extras - Vibrant Themes and Apps

ok so i was looking around and found on the TW website they have rom extras for Obsidian. i been looking through the fourms here and on there site and cant find the answer im looking for so maybe you guys can help me. i was thinking of trying out the 2.2 stock-ish theme they have for download but not to sure how i go about installing it. plus anyone know what it will do? like im assuming it will make it look stock? and get rid of the black theme that comes installed?, anyone try it out yet

You're talking a out the stockish framework. It will put your look back to the greyish 2.2. Dropdown. Whatever else they themed black. Works fine and doesn't affect anything other the look.

[Q] Where can I find themes for Chingy's Perfect Storm?

I can't seem to find where to get themes for Chingy's ROM, any suggestions?
You can try his site...maybe he has some there

For whatever reason his ROM is odexed (pointless imo) so it makes more work for themers, thus why there isnt themes for it.
Okay, thanks a lot for the info guys, I didn't know if I was just completely missing something.

[Q] CM7 - Stock Gingerbread Launcher

I feel like I will be and maybe deservedly so slapped for this but can somebody tell me if the "[MOD] [Universal] 02/26/11 CM7 GB Stock Launcher / CM7 GB Mod 3.0" thread also applies to the Atrix?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=933517 is what I'm talking about.
If it is determined that I should have been able to find the answer by searching, please PM me the answer and delete the thread. Many thanks in advance.
I do see "Universal" and so I feel like this is a dumb question but I don't want to mess my phone right now as I'm liking CM7 a lot and have been using for a while.
Backup and try it.
It should work

Do you want the stock Gingerbread launcher (launcher2.apk)?
First go here
Then thank the op
Then enjoy the stock Gingerbread launcher with working 3D scroll.
BTW this is the only stock Gingerbread launcher that I have found to actually work with 3D scroll and clear icons. Usually it is off set to the side and has blurry ugly icons.
Thanks a lot. I will give that a try. I guess it looks like the launcher is not so phone dependent just like most other apps?
It fit like a glove. Thanks very much.

[Q] MIUI Themes?

Has anyone come across any good themes for MIUI? I am loving this ROM but would love to change it up some.
Miui v4 is a great one, if you like the Miui stock look but want something a little sharper/more modern.
Probably my favorite is the theme "Metro." It's worth checking out.
Where do I get new themes?

This one was awesome when I was on MIUI:
http://blackandroidtheme.blogspot.com/p/miui.html
I'm currently rocking NeonGT. Here's a link to the series, they have a few different colors and they're all very well done. Also, I plan on making a theme of my own pretty soon that you might be interested in when the time comes.
Do a search for MIUI.us on Google. Under development in the forums you will find themes. Also I just found Micentral(click on themedex) has all the good themes with links to original post.
If you open up the "Themes" app, you can click "Resource Detail".
You can view all of themes available. Some may show in Chinese on there, but when you install it it is all in English.
Oh and also:
I prefer mixing and matching parts of themes.
Just go to whatever theme you want (has to be downloaded already).
And un-check whatever you don't want to apply.
I prefer the Black Ice lock screen, so I would go to Black Ice, scroll down, and un-check everything but that.

Metro UI: porting

Has anyone tried to port this to the nook color?
http :// brobot175. co.uk/MetroUI/MetroUI.html
It looks cool and it looks like it´s easy, but I don´t have the time or the nook (my grandma has mine) to pull this off, so I was guessing someone could try this

Brobot looks like it has to be cooked into the rom. Apparently you can make something similar with hubs.
What ROM are you currently running? It is not a ROM, but a system theme for ICS and Honeycomb based ROMs (Including Stock). It will work on the Nook Color if you are running CM9. I used to have it (I use CM7 now), but just to warn you CM9 is just a beta and is very buggy with no graphic taxing games that work on it that work on CM7. I do greatly enjoy the smoothness of it and the way the theme looks with it so if you want to try it I suggest it, but be aware it may get boring after a while. Heres some Tips for before and if you choose to install it:
1. BACKUP! I cant stress this enough. Use clockworkmod recovery to do a full system backup before you flash the theme.
2.Since ADW.EX Tablet mode does not currently work on CM9 or CM7 it is goign to both look and feel a little wierd, but not too impactful. If you like the theme, but not ADW.EX being screwed up then I suggest using VTL Launcher (Both cost money).
On a last note I also have a message in to him telling him it works on the Nook Color so hopefully he can get a full support and guide specific to the Nook Color up soon. Let me know if you need to know anything else and if you want any help installing, I would be glad to help.
Could someone make a flashable
Zip for this? I'm kinda confused on how to do this.. Also, would it be possible to do this on our rooted stock?

CM/AOSP Theme request - anyone able to help?

Hi, I'm currently using Project AOSP and really love the theme B&B Black&Blue Fusion, but does anyone know of a theme like this that can be used on an AOSP rom, like SlimBean? I love the icon design, as pictured in the attached image, but can't seem to find one similiar (black and blue mix, with big toggle icons with text).
Anyone able to help? I have seen Cobalt but didn't like the traslucent settings menu, or JellyBeanX, for example, but again can't find one more similiar to the one pictured.
Anyone any good black/blue themes to suggest?
I spent many hours on xda trying to find a theme like this for my stock rom.
finally I flashed Alliance Rom and I'm thrilled with it.
p.s. I know simplistic framework may do the job, but I just don't like it.
