I tried downloading some earlier and they caused my streak to reboot constantly, can anyone make a black notifcation bar that won't kill my phone?
Running official Froyo, not Steve's. But I'm rooted fine and everything.
Yes this would be amazing, I have made a custom theme for my Streak, but the light grey bar doesn't match it at all. Please someone make one

I accidentally factory restored my phone this morning. But that is not the pickle. At the end of the initial account setup, the phone force closes the setup. And after that I don't see anything on the screen except for the notification bar. I can work with the notification bar that is switch on/off GPS, data, etc. But rest of the screen is black. Since the screen is black, Cant access any setting and toggle USB debugging to use KDZ. Can get calls and use the settings that come up there. But I guess that's about it. I think this is happening cause the option to setup Google account don't come up during initial setup. What can I do? Any ideas other than going to the service center?

Well thanx every one. I used KDZ and flashed the froyo rom. Its working now. Thanx again.
I have a galaxy nexus (running viscous rom v5 jellybean) and installed rom toolbox pro and tried changing the battery icon. it went through and installed and then froze. after a reboot, i am missing the status bar and all the soft buttons. I've tried going back into rom manager and installing a new icon and it fails, and I cannot see how to go back and install with the backup i told it to make.
Anybody have any advice?
Thanks, -Ryan
I re-installed viscous rom through rom manager and didn't wipe anything, and everything appears to be working alright. the battery icon i tried to install still isn't there though.
I did the exact same thing but 5 minutes ago.
CAN ANYONE HELP?
I made a backup of the icons etc, but I don't know how to restore it?
I tried to change notification background, rom toolbox downloaded it and reeboted my phone.
But cant see the new notification background !
Is there any file in system which I can replace to do the same?
Hello everyone!
I'm having some trouble right now, My phone was updated with the AT&T update because my phone prompted me about the update. I updated my phone and successfully updated the phone. I installed all of my backup apps from Titanium back, but when I restarted my phone after the apps were installed my phone booted up but said that NFC stopped working dailer stopped working, basically everything was not working - i couldnt even do anything with the phone. What I did was I tried doing a factory reset via TWRP but it didn't work. I also cleared the Dalvik and Cache but didnt work either.
I locked my bootloader and thought I would flash the RUU for my device. everything went fine untill the RUU displayed an "unknown bootloader version". I tried downloading the RUU again but it didnt seem to work.
I installed Elegancia through ADB install went through perfectly untill I reboot into the phone the HTC screen with the white background does not go anywhere. I occasionally get a pop up that says "stopped responding would you like to stop the program". I downloaded the Mongoose custom rom for my phone, again install went fine no problems. but once again when I boot into the phone I still get stuck on the HTC white background. This time the phone has a black screen with the status bar with the icons of the battery time and an x on the signal icon then the phone restarts.
What is going on with my phone? How can I reinstall an OS and get my phone working again?
any help would be greatly appreciated!
Since you have done the update, you will have to flash the ROM of this thread, everything you need to know is in this post.

I can no longer turn on Wi-Fi on my SGS 3. The icon either just stays grey or sometimes goes a dark shade of green for a while before turning grey again, but it still doesn't connect.
This began after using this app to restore my passwords:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ryanamaral.wifi.passwords&hl=en
I've deleted the app, done a factory reset, cleared cache, tried WiFi manager apps, but nothing works.
I haven't changed the firmware, I'm on EE with the following 4.3 firmware:
Baseband: I9300BVUGNB2
Build: JSS15J.I930XXUGNB5
I hope somebody can help, phone is nearly useless to me without WiFi.

You need to decide on your own, asking this question will get you in trouble.
Hi guys, I'm on MIUI 10.3 by Xiaomi.eu 9.1.24 | Beta. I habe unlocked bootloader, installed TWRP and rooted eith magisk with your help.
I had the Chill V10 and it looked awesome, the quick settings and the nav bar were blue and everything was fine.
Bt yesterday i started to check Magisk modules and try a Youtube mod, it installed but my theme seem to change to the sotoche white background and blue highlights quick sattings and nav bar, also the keyboard transparencies donesn't work as well. I tried with other themes that modify these 3 things and no one applies correctly.
I tried to clean the cache of the themes app, restart the phone adter applying the theme buut nothing works
Thank you for your time and help
