first off, a few facts...
i have android sdk
i have the samsung vibrant drivers installed
i have odin
AND
i have the new JI2 build flashed
well, i installed the new kernel (not realizing that it isnt for the new firmware), and i got stuck on the Vibrant screen.
now i cant get into recovery to use a nandroid backup AND i cant get into download mode.
ive tried using sdk while at the Vibrant screen but i keep getting a "Device not found" error
(taking into consideration that im hardware locked) does anyone know any possible way to either get into download mode or recovery?
this is my second vibrant with the 1st's internal screen cracking >.<
Hi guys
Yesterday, I use OCLF to updata kernel (just for curiously)
but it didnt work successed.
So that my vibrant can not boot up.
when I turn it on, I can see the "VIBRANT" and Galaxy S, and head the boot voice, but will not proceed further, black screen nothing response.
I try to flash the ji6 rom or jfd rom, but can not fix it
It is still black screen, nothing response when normally boot.
How can I repair it ?
Plz help me!!
You need to odin.
ODIN, how do so many of you people screw your **** up and have not figured out just to odin?

i9000 because you have GB bootloaders
odin to stock, follow...........
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=849028
so in odin i check the update bootloader?
I already root to stock with that guide any more ideas?
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
so anyone have an idea i already root to stock using the guide (the gt i9000 was still there), i flash froyo (gti900 still is there) and my phone keeps turning off when i unlock it.

problem number 1 gt i9000 you r getting this because of GB bootloader
solution flash Froyo bootloader via odin from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1117990
problem number 2 random shut down...download setcpu and set it to 200 min and 1000 max check mark on start on boot..then setup a profile with the same setting and select when screen off...
GOOD LUCK..
hey thanks it still turn off but way less thanks.
hey guys, before you say this is a repost ive had a look and was unable to find someone who done the same thing as me...
i have a brand new galaxy s2,
i tried to root it, but some how i stuffed it up and the phone got stuck on the boot screen after the root, i tried to reinstall the kernel but without being able to get into the phone i didnt know which kernel i needed, i DONT have clockworkmod installed so i couldnt boot via that either, so i tried downloading the stock kernel for Telstra my phone provider, i tried installing that, but now instead of being stuck on the screen with the boot logo and a yellow triangle, im stuck on the screen that has a little image of a phone and a computer and an orange triangle between then with a ! in it. any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated
