Ive just finished installing CHT 2.0 and all 5 of my shortcut icons on the today screen have been replaced with white boxes
Ive tried to istall custom icons but even after that the white boxes still remain... anyways to get them back??
p.s the actual links still work, if i click on a white box it still takes me to where it should go.

for the theme just start
quick screen and everything else ok, just i'm using Cookie GTX Themed (white theme) rom and when i click start, background is white, but so id font!!!
Any ideas how i change font in start menu icons to black???

I am not 100% on this , but I think it has to do with the theme that is loaded, so you would have to create a theme, or copy an existing one and use a tool that edits windows mobile themes ....
this ones a bit of a pain in the ass.... im sure theres a simple way to do it, just haven't found it yet...
my quick fix, set a dark lockscreen background....
not a great solution but its all ive got I'm afraid....
as watcher mentioned you can edit the themes....
theres also a method which involves editing one of the system files that I found whilst searching for a solution.....

I've got 2 problems:
I have Dikin icons and taskbar, but when i instal the 1.3 DIKIN slider, nothing will change, just the default standard slider. When I install 1.6/1.7, i have another problem. When I restart my device after the install, i will get a weird black screen with the word "title" in it and i can see my taskbar. But just a black screen in the middle.
Another question: How do I get battery info and my clock in the taskbar at the same time, like the screenshots of the DIKIN taskbar?

First of all way did you post a separate thread; and not on the Thread about this stuff??
Secondly witch device/Rom/Manila version do you have?
And thirdly did you read/follow the installation instructions?
It's important to install the cab's on internal memory.
1) okay, so ive wasted about 3 hours attempting to do the carrier logo trick that i saw on YOUTUBE located here:

each and everytime i try to do this it never works. The theme(suave redone dark) will pop up in the theme manager then say it cannot be applied. so my first question is.... whats going on?!?! lol all im tryng to put is the carrier logo that says "illest" in red
2) i would like to also know how to change my screen indicators into the skulls indicators(ive seen some users have there indicators as skulls, or even X's and O's i do not care which one)
3) i have also seen users have a multi colored line going underneath their status bar, as well as custom icons to show 3g and service and battery(im guessing these icons are framework) so my last question is how do you do this....
this is how i would like my overall theme to look(i know how to set it up but changing the icons is where i need the help so if anyone can just show me how or send me the mtz id appreciate the xmas gift.(i tried looking at guides but they do not help at all)

home: Athena HD(with either skulls or x/o indicators)
icons: Athena HD
Status Bar: Suave redone dark(with red illest carrier logo, and that multi colored line under the status bar)

Hi All!
I've got a little problem since yesterday... I don't know why, but the icons I have designed has their background which has turned tu be solid black instead of transparent... Everything is going well with installed icon themes, but not with mine...
What is strange, is that it was working perfectly until yesterday...
Any idea of what I should do to recover the transparency of my icons??
(everything is OK on my PC. just on the phone, all MY PNGs have their background in black now....)
Edit: I figured out something. it seems that the problem is coming from Nova Launcher, when I change the icon from the build in icon changer.
I tried with Icon Changer Free, and the transparency is good.
But one time again, everything was perfect until yesterday, and I don't remember an update of nova...
