Can someone please help me to unlock (network) a samsung star S5230?
i've been looking on the net for several day's now, and can only get "secret codes" but to really unlock it.....?

So i have an Alcatel OT 990 with GB 2.3.4.
I purchased online codes for unlocking it wich proved to be completely useles, it just didnt work.
I guess i was conned.
Now when i open the phone it asks for this : SIM network unlock PIN
even when i put back the original SIM!
Do you know what are the solutions for this problem?
I dont know if this phone is able to be unlocked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i now have a completely useless phone!

I've already done a internet research and could find nothing... can you please help me? I once unlocked a Galaxy sII only by rooting it and now I think it doesen't work...
