StreakMod Recovery Problem: Stuck at "Backing up firstboot..." - Streak 5 Android Development

First of all, thanks again for working on a Streak Specific Recovery for us Streak users! Really love it and was hoping you will be able to shed some lights on this stuck at "Backing up firstboot..." issue some of us are having.
Looking at the log file, it looks like I am stuck in this infinite loop of -
"find: /firstboot/lost+found/: Too many open files"
"find: /firstboot/lost+found/: Too many open files"
.
.
.
So, from the recovery, it looks like the process hanged but the log file just keep growing and growing and it seems I have a runaway process.
I attached the recovery.log like you requested but removed the two very long line right before "find: /firstboot/lost+found/: Too many open files" for ease of reading. If you need those lines/info, please let me know.
