Used mostly in java phones, the beta version Opera Mini web browser provides a glossy visual treatment that focuses on icons rather than on textlinks. It provides an easy to use interface for both touch phones as well as keypad. A very user friendly application, which allows you to directly type in textfields rather than typing in an intermediate page.

It’s Windows Mobile 6.1, live and in color!
* Task Manager now shows CPU usage as a whole, and also lists it by process
* Internet Explorer offers 6 zoom modes and copy / paste functionality
* IE also uses a new font, which looks worlds better
* ActiveSync will now try to automatically configure your Exchange settings once you enter an email address
* Wi-Fi indicator in the status bar, just as in Windows Mobile Professional
* New "Vista" home screen and theme
Isn't it a smartphone (standard) version?
I am not sure bro.
You can see this articel here..
http://wmexperts.com/articles/rumors/windows_mobile_61_coming_with.html
It's mentioned about new WM6.1 that will be available in Feb 2008.
Maybe it's smartphone edition, but who knows the PPC version will come with it.
Let's hope some one can cook it in our atom...
It's for smartphone edition not pocket pc
and for all those who think that there is WM7 coming out on Q1 2008. There isn't.
6.1?
is there only sp edition?
I changed my HTC HD2's Opera 10 User Agent value to iPhone's User Agent value. I'm doing it because I don't like the ugly interfaces that I get when browsing mobile versions of sites like facebook, gmail etc. Because they are made for phones with small screens. So I'm almost done and here's what I got:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
This is iPhone's interface, and whatismyuseragent.com also says that I'm browsing from iPhone.
But as you can see Opera zoomed in too much. And I can't zoom out... How can this be fixed?
Setting zoom to 60-80% didn't work. Still the whole version of the site doesn't fit the screen.
P.S. I also tried Nexus One's UA, but it didn't work either. Same problem.
download the iris browser it is actually built off the iphone browser so it works just like it
Thanks for your reply but... I checked this browser, it's old, not supported any more, and can't be compared with Opera. The latter is much easier and nicer to use.
Is there any way to fix this on Opera browser?
No one knows?
No one knows?
Hello!
Got a little bored last night and decided to see how well I could make this work, and surprisingly, it works quite well.
For those of you eagerly awaiting WP7, here's a Windows Phone 7 news/devices app (pulls its data from WP7C, yes I have permission) that will list out all the rumored/confirmed Windows Phone 7 devices, right onto your WVGA/VGA Windows Mobile device.

-Full images shown
-Links to wiki page on the device
-Kinetic scrolling
Requirements
-WVGA/VGA Device
Let me know how the performance is, I've only run it on my HD2

Hopefully it's not considered too "commercial" but it's designed as a free database for Windows Phone 7 apps, and isn't meant to give off that impression. If it does, sorry, let me know and I'll remove it.
KeepassDroid is a great app for password management, but there is a much better app on the Windows Phone platform. I recently made the switch from WP7 to Android but I'm really missing 7Pass. Maybe there is a developer interested in making this alternative Keepass client.
This picture shows main reason why 7Pass works better that KeepassDroid:

- There is a web browser built in, so instead of needing an external browser, the app can function competely by itself
- With 1 press on of the buttons, the username/password gets copied to the currently selected textbox. This way, there is no need to long press every textbox or open the notification bar, making the process a lot easier and faster.
- Dropbox and Skydrive functionalty is built in, both upload and download
- Ability to edit Keepass 2 files.
I would love it if an app like this would be made for Android,so if there is any developer out there looking for a new project...Go for it :laugh:

Hi, all
I am developing a MTA (Multi Theft Auto) Server Remote APP for ANDROID
It supports phones or tablets from android 2.2 (Froyo) to android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) (MADE WITH ECLIPSE)
And the MAIN REASON that i posted the app here becouse i have only a HTC Willy for testing
for people that don't know what mta is please visit this link
Only thing to do is : make the app work properly.
So users can use it like the Multi Theft Auto Preview :laugh:
Here are some plans to work on
1.Make a resource browser for startin plug-ins of server
2.Able to connect with http server remote
3.Able to use other functions of the HTML PREVIEW OF SERVER
4.Really connect to server
5.(any ideas ?...)
if any other ideas for the app, or if you want help me
please reply
