Yes they are probably flv H264 files.
I use Pavtube video converter to convert to standard flv, and then i can watch on TCPMP. There is free converters if you look via google etc
thanks,but i dont want to convert this video,is there another way?
Use app caled "Getytv 1.3" You can choose in which file format you want to download video.
You can find it on omarket.
UPDATE: ah... app isn't working anymore due to youtube's site update... Who knows if the developer will update it to new version, which will work again

I am late to answer this question, but if you are referring to DAT files taken directly from VCD, use TMPGEnc available free download. Search the internet for it. It works very well.

with all the RAW processing power HD2 has,,, im sure playing flash content in a standalone flash player would be no prblem....
So... Is there any standalone flash player out ther????\
I tried the one for the Touch HD ... but that cannot play the newer flash file types....
So please any suggestions????

as far i know there is no Flash available.
tho Tweakers.net posted a news item saying that the SkyFire browser updated the server site rendering and no does support full flash sites.
An other possebility is downloading an android buid and place it ond your SD card.
Android 2.x does support flash 10. You simply can switch to Android when its needed
Thats how i solved it for now .. when the Android NAND install comes available i'll ctrl+alt+del my windows install and use only Andriod

HMMMM ...
thing is there was a stand alone swf player called "Flash Player Mobile" ... it can play the most basic flash videos.... But then again even IE can... no need for aandroid actually

Rock Player handles just about every format, including the H264 Flash files.
The Market has the Universal player version but you can also go to the developers' site: http://rockplayer.freecoder.org/index_en.html and download the
ARMV7 version which is geared for Snapdragon devices like the HD2.

Thanks for that... but the thing is i want one for Windows Mobile ... not Android.... seems a little silly that ill have to boot into android just to watch a swf file....

bUt youtube play is only for flv files...
flash asist is hopelessly outdated with no WVGA support...
as for pocket one... ya i tried that... thing is its unable to play the newer swf flash files.... its ok though ... works choppy at times....
i dunno why no developers been interested in something like this... i know that very few ppl watch swf files ... but still... u never know

I just want to share my first post on xda. Everybody know the app : TV show stream... But as me know it isn't working on the wildfire... After 3hours of searching I found a solution! (My phone isn't rooted or overclocked!!!)
STep1:
Install rockplayer
RockPlayer-ARMv6-1.7.0.apk
(can't post any links... just pm for the links)
Step2 :
Install tv show stream (lite or paid version)
(go to market and search for tv show stream)
Step3:
Go to settings => manage programmes
Go to rockplayer and click on place on sd card.
Step4
Go to settings => manage programmes
Go to tv show stream and click on place onto telephone memory
Step5:
Now open tv show stream and click on a show and chose external player and select rockplayer
Have fun! And don't forget to post if it works on your devices !
Note: not tested yet for the new movie stream app ...
ps sorry for my bad english!
i tried this as you said, and when i open tv stream app it just comes up saying flash is required and takes you to the market
Edit: Downloaded an app called droid streamer - its free and works great!
just search for the flash 10.1 on the forum and download and install it on your wildfire phone

The point of this thread is that its a solution to the problem of tv stream app, that is the wildfire doesnt support flash and you offered a solution (which i found not to work) why are you saying to just download flash?

Maybe coz flash will make the program work.... If you can get the flash working that is.

Does anyone have the default Samsung music player APK or .zip file to flash on custom ROM's. I find the default one only plays .wma files while the normal play store ones dont! All my music is in the .wma format and converting 25Gigs of .wma format to MP3 is not possible exactly!

I'm using a custom lollipop ROM

Like adm manger this problem show up to me.
I solved this problem befor. By uninstall or update google++
Or uninstall or update google photo but this solution
Not work anymore.And the only solution that fix it is by doning factory rest and the solution work for short period . i dont know why this problem keep coming to me .myabe somethink i do everytim that mke this problem show up again . So i hop someone help to fix this problem.

Just as the post above this, please providew as much information as much as is it rooted? Do you have xposed, custom kernel or ROM? Any custom recovery? What is the error message that you get, do you even get any error message? What video playback software do you use? Does it just crash/force close? Can you send the video? If not, what is the video format?
Please kindly reply answering all the questions I have provided if you want to solve your issue, good night .

My phone is not rooted and i have OFFICIAL room 6.0 .i dont have coustom recovery or xposed .the video player that i use is mx player pro .my problem is when i downloaded a mp4 video by download manger like adm manger or loader droid it downloaded broking video .when i open it with mx player it say (can't play this link )but other type of files there's no problem .watchthe video http://d.top4top.net/m_231mhif0.mp4 .this is the video link https://openload.co/f/CZofvmB5jcg/Americas.Got.Talent.S11E10.HDTV.x264-ALTEREGO.mkv# .if you download video by download manger app you can review the video during the download .with other app like snaptupe or tubemet there is no problem
Have you make sure that the file is completely downloaded? Have you tried to reinstall it and restart the phone?

Mine too, I am on vacation and the internet here is not the best. Just tested this, it gave me the same error but I have a hypothesis. Since you said that it worked for other links and files the link/file might be corrupt or it just won't work with the combination. Using stock video player works fine so it is most likely because of the combination.
