My HTC HD2 internal memory shows there is 14 Mb free only and i have only two programs installed on it, is there any way to know programs consumption and trying to increase the usage for the internal memory

Unless you are storing photos, videos and music in the phones internal memory, then your phone's memory shouldn't be that low.
A known problem is those who have HSPL flashed and also have the 3.14 ROM flashed to their phone.
If you give details of the phone, ie ROM, RADIO, memory, SD Card, programs installed, etc.

I need information how to check avail RAM/ROM memory , its default MDA expanded by memory card (RAM?) or its build-in so memory card slot is empty?

in my system settings under memory i can see how much mem i have
left i can also set the slide between storage mem and program mem
my xda / qtek /mda ...... htc wallaby
dont have anything in it's SD port
and i'm getting myself a 256MB card for it for xmas
about rom then you cant put stuff in the rom other then at flash time (the time you flash your rom with the window CE pocketpc200X os)
other then that the ROM is read only memory
all htc wallaby have a 32MB rom
think that goes even for the new xda2 line

thats the older version the newer versions of the xda's (dont mean xda2 here)
have 64MB buildin

Where i can get wm2005 working with imate pocket pc 2003 i downloaded one but after upgrading i coudn't see storage & extended rom
and al it dosn't have extended rom

I try installing andriod some days back and the hd2 freeze in black screen for a long while.
After re-setting the HD2, programs i installed in the memory is unable to detect.
I try re-installing the program n the installation fail.
I try to re-format the SD card using the re-format function from the phone n i still face the same problem..
Please advise on how to tackle this issue.

the only thing I think will erase any and all leftover corrupt data that is messing up your phone is task 29. these are things you need to do.
*if you haven't ever flashed a custom rom, and want to, do a hard spl(find the one specific to your phone) if your not going to flash a custom rom hard spl is not necessary, just find the neccesary stock rom package.
*Do a task 29 .http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=644781
*flash any rom.
*reformat your sd card to fat 32.( make sure to save any files you want before formatting as it will delete all info on card.
I hope you taking these steps help you bring your phone back.

if so? It may be that your phone has created a new sd card? (in other words your old sd card may now show as sd card 1) If so then delete this new one and the old one will reappear.
Just a thought and if it does not work sorry.

there is no extra sd card sighted in HD2. All Cab file cannot be installed or removed.
I noticed something strange when I was looking at my free storage running Android on my HD2.
Android says the internal Storage has 804Mb free space. How is that possible?
Normally I should have a 512mb device!?
I own a German HD2 with TMob Branding, and windows always says after flashing a new Rom and using it a few days, 90mb free space.
Could it be possible, that all HD2's have 1024mb internal Storage, and it can be "unlocked" via software? Like the RAM upgrade?

omg.. 1 gb image installed? Sorry to disappoint you, but you're wrong. Tho, I tried other android devices, and I must say, with the hasterin kernel, it's way faster than standard android devices our phone rocks. I tried samsungs and htc's.

I need help....My HD2 doing same problem....i installed game in HTC HD 2....i play this game...mobile freeze and reset. then i open hd2 and uninstalled this game. But freeze problem not solve. then i hard rest hd2 and solve freeze problem...
But now hd2 show low internal storage space....before hard rest i remember my storage space more than 200 MB now is show only 80 MB.....i don't know why lost internal memory.....

Did you really perform a hard reset?
Sounds more like a soft reset to me.
But then again, if it was a hard reset, something with your device might be wrong.
And, what kind of ROM is on your device, stock?
Yes, I did hard reset ....and soft reset also but my internal memory is not back....

Seems to be just an older TMOUS stock ROM.
If you didn´t alter anything else but installing some apps, the error you have to face is somewhat strange - lack of memory even after a hard reset.
Did you try a hard reset without your SD card inserted? Sometimes, the system puts correct and/or corrupt data into the "app data" folder. You actually can delete this very folder, it will be recreated automatically with fresh data.
