I frequently use the stock Touchwiz music player, but it does not have a widget for it. I am on super clean 2.9.1 with voodoo kernel, so I erased the original music player and installed touchwiz music by flashing.
does anyone know how to get the widget working?
There is no widget for the tw music player. But I.prefer it so I can have it on my puzzle lock screen. As an alternative you can use the pure music widget which will control the tw player .that's how I do it
I actually found an app called galaxy s music widget that allows it. Thanks for the suggestion though

I like the Amazon MP3 app. I think the player is minimalistic [which I like], the widget is simple, the downloads are simple, it has a built-in equalizer, and it doesn't to be a battery hog like some other players. All that said...does anyone know of a darker themed Amazon MP3 app? I'm getting bored with the same old silvery grey.
I too use the Amazon Music app for most of my audio etc... So a dark theme would be great

How can you change the default music player in the CM7 Deskclock app, i am trying to have it use winamp or ubermusic or some other player than the default. Is there an apk that can be modded or db that can point to another

Most likely its in SystemUI.apk. Not sure though. Did you check the Music apk?
