I just upgrade to WM6.5, but it only show the first chinese character in the menu screen , please see the attached screen, how can I show the full character? I am using SE X1

Hi,
whenever i use the hard keyboard, that stupid little language bar pops up on the bottom. I always press the eng button by accident and change the language.
How can I get rid of it without, losing softkeys on portrait mode and the symbol function.

The only way I know to get rid of the language bar is to install another keyboard, but you lose the symbol function. Check this thread out for a great alternative, the keyboard linked includes an auto-correction for the physical keyboard, which in my opinion, is a brilliant addition as well as easily accessed symbols.

so theres no way to type underscore "_" in landscape mode?
I suppose if you were desperate you could leave the default text input active and switch to it from the HTC keyboard when you wanna use an underscore. Although that's a little tedious lol.

Yes, we know that, but if i do that, I won't be able to type _ anymore.
Lol cant u close the phone and do undetscore thru one of the side sliders of th portrait keyboard.. how lame sony have been with minor amazingly annoying smart ( or dumb lol) phone issues on th xperia range. Iv had th original x1 then x10 m pro and overall pleased with both. Its just th connectivity/compatabillity that's gettin on my goose...

Yes I can, but in the process of doing so, i might press something else and changed the language to estonian or something. It's a great phone, but these small details annoy me. Crapy contact dialer and crappy symbol keys.
I have a Korean Version Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Model number SHV-E250L from the LGU+ Network in Korea.
The problem that i'm having is that i can't remove the korean characters from the keypad (number pad) not the keyboard, you will see what i mean in the images i have attached. (I have already changed the phones input language to english).
The other problem that is bugging me is that i have a notification symbol that has never gone away and i dont know what it means.
Its a grey background a hand with 3 dots next to it, with a green telephone on top, and a grey line through the telephone.
I noticed a similar not the same symbol on my main keypad when you are dialing a telephone number.
I will attach some images and highlight them.
Any help is much appreciated.

For those finding it hard to see the message font size on your Windows 7 phone,
one way is to copy and paste the message into a notepad.
This one enables you to change text colour and size,

Hi RASTAVIPER,
After you finish writing the message, you can swipe left on the text box (where your message appears) to send the message. Alternatively, you can press "..." key at the bottom row of the keyboard and then press "Send".
If you want to go back to the inbox, you can swipe right on the text box (where your message appears) or you can press "..." key at the bottom row of the keyboard and then press "Inobx".

Hi, I have switched to android after 2 years. I remember earlier in android there was an option to add new words to gboard personal dictionary while typing itself, gboard used to underline unrecognised words in red,, by long pressing those words one can add it to dictionery. But now unrecognised words are underlined in blue and long pressing will only allow cut/copy/paste etc, and long pressing unrecognised words in suggestion bar shows only remove option,, no way of directy adding to personal dictionery. Please reply..
