Yes, you will have to use some app for change of base country. Google not allow payments from some countries.

I live in China now. So I want to be able to buy Chinese apps AND UK apps.
I currently use Market Unlocker to swap between the two and that works without issues.
I can purchase UK apps without problems.
I want to be able to use my Chinese credit card to buy Chinese apps in Chinese RMB. (I don't want to pay for any currency conversion back to GBP)

You guy's can also make your own free VPN using Amazon ec2 instance free tier level. You need any credit card to sign up, and it's free for like 750hrs per month. If you don't have a card, then use bitcoins or Liberty Reserve/WMZ to buy a prepaid online visa. There's also plenty of CashU prepaid visa sites around http://www.prepaidvcard.com/cashu.php (note, i have no idea if site is legit or not.. do due diligence)

Can we distribute freemium apps with integrated Paypal payment through google play store? Any better solution for the developers in this region?

if access to sell content possible not only through the application (web site) - you can use alternative methods of payment.
if only through the app - you should use only google wallet.
Hello. I want to buy a game from the "turkey" Google Store. But I am not from there and I do not live there. Previously, it was easy to do this using vpn and Google gift card, but recently Google recognizes that we are not from Turkey! I use virtual android and vmos in my Android phone.
