Try widgetsoid widget, you can can customize colours and opacity, and choose toggles you want. And it's free.

I exported the .bmp files from Swype.dll (Swype.dll in Windowsfolder), but i don´t know how to make them transparent.

How can I make the sliders skinny and white like the picture above? I think it's in the framework, but I don't think it's in drawable-res. Anybody got an idea how to change this?

I think it may be in horizontal_progress.xml in framework-res.apk/res/drawable.
I think there are height values for the bar. I could be wrong though.
