Hello everyone!
I have a problem with turning my phone.I had flash my phone back to 1.6 and I turned it on but it began continuous vibrate then I removed battery and tried turn on again but it vibrated again.
After that I tried flash my phone to 2.1 from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=683793
but when I turned it on my phone just vibrate a bit , there was green blink and the screen showed nothing but is was light
Help me pls!!!!!

To try and resolve your issue, try THIS instead, and give the phone at least 5 minutes to boot, if it doesn't after that try again.

Can you tell me what I need to do with this ROM http://hotfile.com/dl/59478017/8dad8..._F3v3.rar.html ????I thought that this ROM was needed to download
So thank you very very very very much my phone return to life.And can I flash my phone to 2.1 after that???

I try to downgrade my phone to 1.6i then SEUS to latest agn

i turn on my phone, it keep vibrating OMG

Use flashtool.
Check the dev section.
I did tried the flash tool
but it just keep flicking black screen (not even white screen) all the time after i turn on

OH then PC Companion.
Woah, just find this out
When i plug in USB without turning on the phone
it just light up the green led just like flash mode (where i dint press the back button at all)
everything
i tried pc companion

Flash tool 0.2 something
just keep something stuffs like i said flick

Iam having exactly same problem! I updated my phone using SEUS and, when i started it... its just vibrating. I tried evrything like you.. with no success. My phone is just useless since 3 days. Please let me know how you fixed it.. it be a great help since i dont want to buy another phone. thanks in advance!!
I have a similar problem, use flashtool with firmware R1FA16, my phone working again
Hi, ok so about a month ago i let the phone discharge completly i was on wolf's rom,and when i got home i put it on charge let it like 10 - 15 minutes and then try to turn it on,but all i got was a vibration and a green light flashing once,and then got a new phone arc s and today i kinda miss my x10 xD so i took the battery out and give it 2..3 minutes to rest and then try again ....nothing(i let it another 1:30 minutes to charge ), afterthat i flashed 2.1 official with flashtool clean no mod's the flashtool didnt give me any error but when i try to start ..the phone did the same thing 1 vibrate and green light once blink and now when i put it on charge the phone has the green light on like 5 minute then it turns off,if i take the battery out and put it on charge the green light apears...i tried another battery and the phone has the same problem.. so i came here if anyone know what is wrong with him (i installed SEUS > press repair > said my phone has the latest software,and pc companion the same) (sorry for my english)
Later edit : i am thinking to try unlock bootloader if that dosent give me any what so ever blinking screen or logo or error ... imma going to buy a JTAG cable and try that /// what should i do?? becouse i just want to experiment on this phone cuz i have my arc s and i am good with him xD
Later later edit : ok so i found out the problem..that was i tried to flash 1.6 in the past and that f**ked my boot some how so today i went at a service who has Jtag box ..(is kinda expensive to buy one just for my phone ..no worth it) for x10 an the man fix my phone in like 10 minutes so everyone who has one of the one of the following problmes only jtag can fix it : 1 if u flashed a stock rom and u got only a green light blink and a virbate and then nothing happens 2 if u get a green light and the phone is stuck on virbate and nothing happens..and btw if u get three blink red lights..u need to charge the phone or the battery hope it helps somebody

Since you solved your problem you should update your post from 'x10 doesn't power on' to something like 'SOLVED: X10 doesn't power on '
I also had same no power green light, had to use older flashtool and flash stock generic 2.1. It took 2-3 times for flash to take
from XDA app on my X10S v8.3 on DooMKernel6 @ 1152Mhz

i have booted it first time and little slow after it was struck
i have tried with restart by pressing top key after this
i am getting only sony erricson logo and it was automatically switched off and restarts it self
so i think it may struck some where, guys please help me

Do you get a red led before it restarts itself?
its ,probably problem with rom try reinstall it or install different one and check if problem still exist

Try a repair with SEUS or PC Companion first to get you back on stock. If the phone works like that, it may have been a problem with the ROM. Maybe a corrupted download or something like that.

i lost the data but i got my phone working back

If you made a backup before you flashed the custom ROM you can install xRecovery or CWM again and do an advanced restore and choose data to get your data back Making backups is always recommended ofcourse.
Hi,
My x10 shut down today after experiencing massive battery drain. When I plugged it into the charger, it didn't restart. I've tried flashing two different kernels, the FeraKernel for GB and DoomKernel. I also tried flasing the evervolv ftf file as a last resort. No change.
Is it dead? Anything I can do?
Flash original firmware with flashtool, also try to charge the battery and check if it isn't broken.

I checked the forums for the ftf file of the original firmware..I haven't found it till now. Anybody have it? Or could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks. But when I flashed that, it wouldn't start up properly. I saw the Sony Ericsson logo for a second or two before the screen turned off again. WHen I tried to turn it on again, the red led flashed three times.
EDIT : after plugging it in, it woke up again. Looks like the X10 really won't die!
P.S you forgot to mention that that was an Eclairs ROM

From what you're indicating it sounds like your battery is dead/not holding a charge.
[a] You probably need a new battery, or charge the existing one for a good 12hrs and then see if it still holds a charge,
If not then go back to [a]
If possible you can just use SEUS (Sony Update Service) or PC Companion to flash the stock GB 2.3 Sony firmware.

Well, I have always used this ROM to repair my Xperia.
The name was 2.1, so You could have seen that it's eclair.
And if You're still having problems with phone shuting down then it's for sure the battery, I had this problem.

I am searching for help, my elephone g6 does not start, rebooted it yesterday and it did not started ever again, not even in recovery mode, i tryed to flash stock rom but can't get him recognised by my computer, the omputer is always playing the sound connect->disconnect->connect->disconnect, within 30 seconds space more or less. i have no idea what to do more, anyone knws the problem and a possible solution?

Try looking up some recovery software from the manufacturer like HTC does. Otherwise is a little to vague.

So, i got my phone to connect to the computer, but the SP flash tools goes to 100% red bar and doesn't do anything more, i am doing everything correctly but it just gets stuck 100% red bar and don't move it has ben like 30+ minutes and nothing, any tip on that?

hello again, yes i tryed and that's my problem, my SPflashtools just get stuck with a 100% progreress red bar and does not move on, i have done everything correctly, exact stock rom, drivers and so.
