on void rom I am not able to register it with lg. Don't know why?

Hello Guys,
I want to buy a new SmartTV. I am currently confused between two TVs:
Samsung UA55ES8000
LG 55LM7610
My questions are:
1- Are any of these considered Google TVs? Do they run Android or what kind of Operating System?
2- Samsung has Samsung App Store (which is an app store specifically created for/by Samsung)
LG has an App store, which store is it ? Is it the Play store?
3- Does Skype work on both TVs without paying (like Skype for mobile phones)? or does it need a specific subscription or something?
And in the end, I want your advice please. I prefer Samsung because it has a built in cam, while LG seems interesting because it is much cheaper.
Any advice will be much appreciated.

I was trying to open hierarchy viewer of web apps using google nexus 4 . But it has not working. Then i am searching some forum and sites regarding this issue but there are telling the way root the device then If root the device may be void the warranty. Is there any otherway to open hierarchy. i saw one site regarding hierarchy but there are mentioning like void the warranty then we can revoke the warranty. Here my concern is it correct? can we revoke the warranty?
I'm wondering if anyone knows of an app to unlock Google play achievements, I know there is one for game center on android but I have yet to see a version on android for play games.
Nope, it does not work that way. the achievements are stored in google's servers and not your device
I am looking to pick up a prob7 however with the recent device blocking I need to be sure of google certification. Google’s official list includes all variants of the Pro 7 family, however i’ve seen zero proof from the actual device. Can anyone confirm whether the device is certified in the play store. Also, which rom variants are certified? Do I need the G rom or is the A rom also certified? I am
Maybe new devices will be approved or you need to wait for a system update.

What do you mean by Google certification? Are you interested if this phone would run Google Play, services and the whole suite of Google apps? It does.
G Rom has Google built in and every Google thing works as expected.
A Rom comes Google free, but you can install Google Store and all other Google things easily (by apk).
Hello. I want to buy a game from the "turkey" Google Store. But I am not from there and I do not live there. Previously, it was easy to do this using vpn and Google gift card, but recently Google recognizes that we are not from Turkey! I use virtual android and vmos in my Android phone. I think maybe with this Xposed module: "lataclysm" and changing some information I can buy from Google store Turkey. But in this app you can find&select many countries but there is no turkey. Please add this country's data to app. Or Also, If anyone has a solution on how to buy from another country's Google Store using the google gift card, please help and guide,thanks
