Hi Guys,
I'm running Modaco's 2.8 with Teknologists 1.8 kernel and i've found that the change to Font size in Spare Parts doesnt save - it loses the change as soon as i leave the application (pressing Home or Back) - it also resets if i change the orientation of the phone while Spare Parts is still open.
Has anyone got this to save using Spare Parts and Is there any other way to change the font size on the Hero if not?
Cheers
Paul

the same with my Streak, I have Androot installed, but I cannot change font.
ping
any updates on this issue?
I have a Mytouch 4G with "spare parts" with Ice Glacier rom installed. Maybe it is a problem not directly related to the Hero.
Just purchased this app for its audio profiles but can't seem to figure out how to create new profiles. So far all I can do is edit the two default profile. Please help if you know anything! Thanks!
You set the volume levels to what you want then click on the floppy disk icon in the top right corner. You can rename it to whatever you want and have it create an icon on the home screen if you want. I have four profiles that I use frequently on one of my screens.

Love this app, been using it since day one, keeps getting better and better.
Appreciate the responses fellas.
Do either of you know if you can change the icons (widgets) on the home screen? I like the minimalist look so I prefer to make my own text icon. I haven't been able to find an audio manager that allows me to do this using folder organizer or bettercut.
Edit, I see you need to buy the paid version to change the widgets look, but can you use a custom image or only the images available on the market?
Hi i want to ask if someone in the forum could modifie the app TouchOSC and add the possibility to have customizable layout and labels also in Android and not only in iOS!!
TouchOSC's site is: http://hexler.net/software/touchosc-android
The app is also in Google Play and it's free and it isn't warez!!
There are a lot of people asking for it, please devs help us!!
Mod Edit: Moved to Q&A
TouchOSC Layout "work-around"
Hi there, i have posted in another thread a modified TouchOSC.apk with LiveControl layout replacing Mix16, weather you use this or not is up to you but i'm just letting you know that there is a work-around method talked about (not explained) in the same thread although for compatibility reasons layouts need to be removed so that feature won't be there, sorry
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25449635#post25449635
Thanks solfire77,i've already read that thread and i have modified the file...but it's very complex and annoying!! And labels don't work on that version!!!
We hope in an update by hexler
TouchOSC REMIX Deck C for Android
hi guys, i have managed to make a layout for my Acer Iconia A501/A500.
the layout has FX control for all Slots and volume control for all slots, FX x/y pad and needs to work with Bome's Midi Translator Pro.
i forgot to bring it with me to work to upload.
i will make a zip package with the apk and the Bome's Midi Translator Pro settings and traktor pro's TSI file.
with my layout you can change the sample pages and trigger all 16x slots for all pages with traktor running full screen. and the rest for the controls are all MIDI direct with traktor.
let me know if you would like to try it out?
I cant imagine this being that hard to do..Then again I cant do it so who knows.
i mainly want to see if this gives us a full screen stock keyboard in landscape when the mod that removes on screen bar and dot menu and enables the multitask button as menu is in use.
On apps that had the virtual menu bar it makes the keyboard not use up the area in which the menu bar was located..Here's a photo example(notice the right of the keyboard)

trust me,i looked before posting this..The file on that link doesn't work.I removed and pushed to my system and set appropriate permissions. The phone just wouldn't recognize it at all.
I am looking for an HTC IME mod keyboard like I used on my evo. No arrows, but obviously not the correct resolution. If I posted it here from pc when I have access, would someone be able to resize it? I have searched, and only Smart Keyboard Pro comes close, but not close enough. It is worth mentioning that I use the "phonepad" keyboard exclusively. It is just an apk that I can download to an unrooted phone without pushing this, or pushing that. I downloaded the one that I have, but like I said, wrong resolution. Thanks

According to this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=27166138 chameleon Rom has an option to remove it. Maybe take the htcime from that Rom and replace yours. Or ask the dev how he did it if that doeant work
I modified the standard Bluetooth App for MTCB/MTCC devices, because the original app was not my style. Additional the UI should fit to my layout of MTCFlatRadio. Take a look at the sample pictures.
Features:
- Layout of Accept/Reject Button optimized: Big round buttons placed always at the same position
- Tabs placed at the bottom of screen
- Optimized Layout of lists: Column width and font sizes corrected
To install this app, you have to replace the original app. This is only possible on a rooted device or on a device with a modified custom ROM (e.g. Malaysk ROM).
Have fun with testing.
Versions:
v1.00
- tested only on 1024x600 resolution
thx i ll test it tomorrow. Your Flat Radio apk is very nice, this BT/Phone apk looks good , too.

Great work! I really like your simple and straight design, much more ergonomic and easy to spot in driving. Do you plan to do also media and music players?
Also I would suggest to have one thread for all apps instead separate ones. It will be easier to follow the progress.
I'm a newbie and I have a device with a modified custom ROM (Malaysk ROM).
Can you tell me, in details, what I should do to try your modified bluetooth app and keep the old one in backup in case.
Thank's !
Thanks! it looks and work great.
Only issue, and i dont know if this is a hardware limitation of MTC/B units. Is there a way to show the metadata i.e. track name, artist, length etc when connected to bluetooth and streaming music?

I've replaced the modded BT made by @sabruri1/ @robertut with yours and I must admit that yous is more polished
I'm also using your Radio apk - same appreciative comments goes here
Any chance of a Music (maybe based on @sabruri1 / @ANACLETOESTR modded Music4.8 ) player in the same style?

Use root explorer to copy-paste this app to system/apps and replace the original one, then rename it and give permision 644.
hello,
I did just that and i still get the error " app not installed an other app has the same signature"

This could be because the bt stack hasnt been coded for music metadata or volume push to/from device.
Im looking into stack, app and other options. I could make a custom bt module that has a more complete stack.... Not sure how different android bt dev is to my msp430 cc2640r2 dev
I want it to read messages and notifications

Could you please make this awesome app for screens of lower resolution? I would be grateful..! (buttons on my screen appear too big and are overlapping each other...) Thank you in advance!
MTCD Version ? Modified MTC Bluetooth App
Hey, would you be able to create an MTCD version of your modified Bluetooth app ?
Just came across this replacement Bluetooth App. I've downloaded and installed on my KLD head unit running the Malaysk ROM (5.1.1). It seems to be working without issue so far.
The UI is significantly improved over the Malaysk stock BT app and is much easier to use in a moving vehicle.
Well done. Donation has been made.
Have just installed this and despite having a 1028px screen all the buttons on the screen are overlapping and not displaying correctly?

What is your OBD Reader? It works fine on that BT apk ?
I'm having hard trouble to pair my OBDLink LX to original BT apk, do you think installing that app will do anything new or this is just a visual thing...
Thanks
