Full changelog coming tomorrow once I get some sleep. I've slept like 6 hours the past 3 nights and it's catching up to me.
The kernel and rom are NOT packaged together. Flash whatever kernel you'd like. DL09 kernels will cause issues with phone calls, because even though this rom is based off DL09, it uses Retrokid's GB theme for DJ05, + the DL09 reboot option/theme patch.
I'd like to thank:

Birdman
Retrokid
AndroidDoes.net for hosting
bendbowden
All of my testers for their help and support
Change Log:
DL09 Based
All apps optimized/zipaligned
Retrokid's DJ05 Gingerbread theme w/ accurate battery mod
Gingerbread keyboard (have to turn it on via settings)
Mesmerize Contacts
Google DNS Servers
Full sysctl support (pre-tweaked with my goodies)
Full init.d support (pre-tweaked with my goodies)
Build.prop edits
Very minimal touchwiz (TW calendar is all)
AOSP Calculator
AOSP Lockscreen
AOSP Text messaging app
ADW Launcher
Zipalign on every boot (incase you install a theme or something, why sacrifice speed? )
Kernel Change Log:
Based off JT1134's source
ULV on the low end, top end at 1300mv (25mv less than stock)
7 Speed Slot's for better stability/battery life/options (100, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1150)
Disabled NORMALIZED_SLEEPER
Changed time slices

Assuming this is Android 2.1, but I would love to know what differentiates this from other Roms, other than the reference to the OC Voodoo Kernel that is attached...
I'm still on v1.3, which is DJ05 based. Do I need to flash the DL09 modem before I install this?
Yea I would flash the DL09 modem....
This Rom by the way is awesome, been running it the last week or so and its really fast, clean and runs very smooth....good job Drod
downlaoded it this morning, smooth and fast so far, i may be using this for a while until a good stable 2.2 rom is leaked. i love the gingerbread coloring. one this i noticed was when i flashed the kernal, it went really fast, i did not have voodoo before this but when i have installed voodoo in the past, it would take upwards of 20 mins to install.... just wondering if this is a new new voodoo or something......
ps. will post some screen shots in a minute
edit. for some reason voodoo was disabled by default...... kinda strange, but i have it enabled now and is currently running it.
BTW. I love the transition effects. I normally turn them off but this runs so smooth I just might keep it here for a while.

You don't have to have DL09, I ran the test build of this on DJ05 for a week till I flashed 09...no difference at all.

a.) you don't have a facebook acct?
b.) you don't agree with facebook's privacy settings?
c.) the ROM doesn't have facebook sync (sns)?
d.) you don't know how to navigate into android market to download Angry Birds?
no flame, just loling
This rom has no Facebook (sns) along with no Facebook in the market lol
Sent from my SCH-I500 using XDA App
SNS isn't included, just for the sake of cleanliness. It's always available via rom manager, in sonofskywalker's section
can anyone post a pic of the running services menu? I find that if i use superclean i have a lot more services running than if i use blackhole, would like to give this one a shot but also dont want a lot of unnecessary stuff running.
This thing runs great. Super smooth and very quick. Keep up the good work and thanks.

*Update2* New version even more gingerbread green. You can flash this over any other Nero battery mods that I've made

And of course Nero v2 came out while you were working on it . Darn progress. Not sure if it would work or not based on the changes they have made to the framework.
Ya as soon as I hit the submit button, Team Whiskey announces Nero v2 lol
lol, cant wait to try this on nero 2 but it'll have to be updated to jl4 specs according to sombionix.
Can't wait for V2, lol
Can confirm use with other roms. I used it on ginger2 but if you have flashed other mods it will revert them.
Nitpicking, but this is not gingerbread green. This is the default green and does not match gingerbread. With that said, is it possible to modify this to use gingerbread's "green" color? And for Nero v2?
ILove It...
Lol, we will get it tomorrow. Hopefully Som wont release nero v3 overnight lol.

Hey Elite, i know this is off topic, but where can i obtain the htc sense clock that you have on your phone?
This is great, could you also include the other color schemes like blue and red for the various users of other mods like the 5 bar signal mod?

Since CM6 beats CM7 any time performance wise (at least it seems to me that way) it would be a HELL of a ROM, MiniCM6+custom Linux kernel compatible with 2.2.1 with enabled performance goodies OR even a sweet HTC Sense ROM at 2.2.1 with a custom kernel. If no dev is willing then plz reply or pm me with general guidelines on how to do this myself, never done linux kernel dev but have had my share with low-level programming and asm optimizations, (e.g. code that calculates exp(-r^2/s) using SSE and is faster than ICC and GCC )

Are you sure???
Have you ever tried minicm 2.1.3 + custom kernel ??
Well, in my point of view, at this time MiniCM 2.1.3 + nAa kernel 05b beats minicm6 in every side of it

with cm6 in my phone battery discharge 6% per day (cpu 600~122 mh), I belive that can long one week but I use much my phone
we want custom kernel in cm6
I got pretty much the same battery life with minicm6..
Never went of above 2 days, even with stock eclair ROM
Not talking about battery but performance, use linpack to confirm
both roms on stock kernel with stock frequency and scheduler set to performance
Naa.. I don't trust linpack or any benchmarking app when it comes to x10 mini..
I just test it to play games, 3d games,
currently with minicm 2.1.3 and nAa 05b kernel, for the first time, I repeat, for the first time, for GB ROM on x10 mini, I can play smoothly NFS Shift, Crazy Snowboard, Trial Xtreme 2, and Plants vs Zombies without crashed out.. those things are only achieved with STOCK or FORYO ROM only before.. but now I can do it with GB
Plus, that so many additional features that GB has,
now I can say that MiniCM7 beats any ROM available for mini at the time, I'm 100% sure
note that, MiniCM7 2.1.3 + stock kernel >>> IMPOSSIBLE!
My phone setting:
- 600 MHz
- smartass v2 governor
- compcache 18%
- all animation enabled
- image dithering enabled
yes i know that it is impossible use a pre-customkernel version.
All i am saying is that CM7 performance prior to custom kernel was inferior to that of CM6.
I have tested 2.05 and 2.06 of cm7, I could not run more then 3 aplications that the last used had closed so easy, the brightness of cm7 was more glossy then cm6 - its one fact that I think let the battery drain more fast then cm6 (test by your self, cm7 is like cm6 in ultra brightness)
Im sure when I say that battery consumption in cm7 was 20%+ per day and cm6 6%- per day
all this let me be in cm6 and let me think cm6 is better then cm7
nAa could update cm6, fixing same things that have fixed in cm7 (like radio) and add custom kernel
One more vote for miniCM6 with custom kernel. Currently using miniCM7, would prefer cm6. At least it's worth a try, maybe minicm7 is far more advanced in development right now and therefore already better than miniCM6 could ever be, but until recently miniCM6 was the best ROM out there.

after looking at the roms im thinking about downloading the [ROM/MOD][The Collective] Seraphim - Stratosphere - ICS 5/22/2012 as my first rom ever. i am still factory gingerbread. i see where on the page the top is the newest version and the botoom was the first. can i just down load the newest version and not the older? and what is the link (mirror 1) right under the first link
Current Downloads-*Newest on Top*
Download Seraphim-Stratosphere
Seraphim-Stratosphere.zip md5sum = BBE19C8F2A1DE3E212B155DA9B879C67
Download Mirror 1<====== right here, what is this?
also can i just use the QR code and thats it?
so also what im asking is when i get into cwr all i have to zip is one file correct?
1. Yes latest is all you need
2. A mirror is the same files, hosted an a separate server, so people can pull from different places and not bog down the dl speed.
3. Not sure what you mean about the qr code
4. The updater-script in the ROM should wipe data/factory reset for you, but just to get in the habit go ahead and do that manually in the main menu of cwm. Then all you need to do is flash the ROM.
Keep in mind that if your on tmobile you may get a very bad service. I did the same as you with the same rom and i got little to no data. I went back to gingerbread and went with the unofficial emily rom since i have the collectives work on all of my phones
thank you and im on att so i hope this works good, does any of the ics roms have overclock in them
Not yet. That requires kernel source, which isn't posted ontil after the official ics update is pushed to the horde
Just so you know, FJ's ics ROM is smoother than an overclocked GB ROM, plus your battery will suffer a bit if you overclock.

I would highly consider the new aokp rom. I have tried all of these roms multiple times and I am floored by how polished this rom is with no FC'ing or showstoppers in sight. The dev team is great and responsive. I just love the options we have with this phone so far. If you are going to go with one of the ICS leaks than FJ's is the one to get I think. Another great dev.

Any Cm7 Kernel, there is one included in the zip if you'd like to use that then remove it from the zip and flash it. Or mjolnir kernel, doom (discontinued).
Wow! The upload might have to wait as my internet is cutting out due to a thunder storm :'( I'll keep you all posted. So due to weather conditions in my area the rom will not be uploaded until my internet is stable. So please come back in about 8 or 9 hours after I've slept and I've uploaded the rom.
Thanks for understanding

Here is compiled CM7 and CM9 for zeusc devices (CDMA). I'd love if you could attempt a CM9 port first, for whatever reason, I was never successful with getting any form of CM7 running on my device.

Cm7 is what I'm building now as that is what Lewa is built upon, If I were to attemp cm9 it wouldn't be Lewa, it'd be a mashup. But yeah I'll mess around with it for a while and see what I can do but I'm at work for the next two nights so there probably won't be much progress.
Ah, okay. That makes sense. Well the fact that you're attempting it is awesome. Good luck and thank you!
