After I rooted I got some zip folders called rootme.zip, update.zip an recovery.img.zip. Is it okay to delete those? I usually delete my rom folders after I flash them so I was thinking its okay

If you have root access, use the root explorer and copy the files of /data/app
And the market apk is vending.apk

if you want to back up system apps then i would prefer that you use titanium back up
if using root explorer, just long tap the file, copy and paste to your sd card
restore by simply pasting it back and setting the correct permissions
Sorry ..i m new here
