If its rooted then use root explorer and just delete the .apk file for travel buddy

This is all really confusing
I saw the Java download so I decided to use it.. I need to mount the system rw so I can copy it to the system folder I accidently mounted / rw with remount and then copied jdep to lib and app and this is what happened.. I tried to remount / ro but it wouldn't let me.. those pictures and everything is root root besides those items and mnt/ sdcard which sdcard is root system

I am using the gingerbread offical rom but it has low internal memory as we all know, but i noticed apps like maps and facebook and twitter are saved on the data partition not the system, and the is 50mb left unused on the system where these large none app2sd apks can go, so anyone know of an app or any other way to move them

If it's a system application then you can find it if your device is rooted ..

Edward Cullen, no offense but that was a n00b statement. If he installed it by himself it cannot be a system application. Also, the file of any app (even user app) is available in /data/app
AND, rooted or not, the app Explorer by Speed Software allows you access to those system files. Only difference is that you cannot write, but you can find the file and COPY (not move) to /sdcard.

I have over 400 (estimated) track ID's stored in my phone. Id like to flash a new rom but im fairly positive i will lose the whole list of songs. Is there anyway to export the list? Is there a text file somewhere that i can copy over or a way to back up then restore it once i flash?

Go to data/app or system/app and you will find TrackID.apk so, copy it and paste on your sd card. And share it please... I think I know how can I do this...

Install titanium backup, do the backup, search on sdcard/titaniumbackup and zip the files. Upload to xda and i will test it.
