I am looking to find out where I can root my new Optimus V and start putting some custom roms on it. Has anyone worked with the Optimus V yet? If so, could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Hi i just bought my g2x and i have been trying to figure out how to root my phone ive never rooted a device before so if somone can help me with this i would appreciate it im running 2.3.3 currently on my g2x.

Hey guys ive been searching around and played with some kitchen tools and i want to fine out if theres any tuts on how to build a rom for the LG Optimus V? or what tool will work for this phone? in short i want to port my own roms. any help getting me pointed in the right direction?
I've tried every way. OneClick didn't work for me... I'm relatively new with all this, is there a simple way i could Root y Optimus 2X? All I'm Trying to do is Get Cyanogen Mod 9 on it (IceCreamSandwhich?) . My Phone is on Wind if that matters... thanks for the help!
does anyone happen to know anyone that has the .img file of the optimus g bootloader? i would greatly appreciate it if i could get it.
