I am unable to download app from the market. It only shows starting download and then nothing happens. I have also tried after rebooting but its the same. Please help..

Try reinstalling market.apk or install neon market.

Reinstall all the system with factory reset via SEUS because I was in trouble like you with no possibility to install applications from the market...
But I saw something strange on my phone : google talk wouldn't launch since I update my phone with SEUS...
So the last update with SEUS was bad (however I did it with full wipe), shame on Sony Ericsson for doing so badly them job !

Have you tried guys to clear the cache and data of GoogleFramework, instead the Market one?
Hi. I had the same problem after i delete one of the googletalk apps.dont know which one it was. Reflashing via seus solved my problem.it seems that ur prob has sth to be with the talk provider or app. Sth like that.

Thanks a lot man..i also deleted the google talk somedays ago..but when I delete any app then I create backup of that..so I was having googletalk.apk and so I installed it again and now I am able to download market app.thanks buddy..

Hi guys i accidently deleted the Busybox from system files abd wonder how to install it back? + my root isnt working i cant root or unroot whit z4 which I could do and also my wifi is not working like it attempt to get the ip adress but fails and say connection unsucessfull touch to retry please help i dont wanna have to reset to factory data cuz i got dual touch and it took me forever to install it ;(

Use flashtool to install busybox.
Have you upgraded to .435?
You should use Super One Click to root and install Busybox from market, Titanium Backup and Xrecovery.

ok so the problem now i got is that my phone is not 100% rooted but like the root is broken i cant make it root! but when i used the flashtool it said installed xrecovery everything went well samething for busybox but i still dont got root access? will i have to reset my whole device?
Use SEUS to repair your device, then use flashtool for installing busybox and xrecovery.
shouldnt i just do factory data reset?
i tried seus and didnt work!! it get stuck at the part where i gotta plug it into flash mode rawr heelp!! i tried once and it said no software available for your phone

I would try fixing permissions in Xrecovery. If that doesn't work, try wiping the cache and reinstalling the rom.

Sometimes this fixes it: go to applications/manage, find Market
-clear cache
If this does not fix it, you can also try clearing data and/or downgrading it.
check if your date settings are correct

It seems to me that he/she is NOT alone, it maybe a bug from Google or SE, please a couple of days to see if it works again. I got a lesson, upgraded it to .62 fw, flash it back to .58, rooted again, installed ROM Manager, upgraded back to .62 to let Market works till now.
I spent one whole night to overcome the problem, you may wish to wait for a while.

Am using .62 also, BL Unlocked, Rooted & Flashed with NeroDroid Rom/Kernel... Market working nicely!!!
Have you ever tried flash with Wotan server flash tool or not?
Still on stock ROM until now...

Without rooting it, you may still wish to do you yourself an experiment to download ROM Manager in order to get the OTA , to see if it works by Wifi. Remove that manager afterward. It won't harm, will it?
BTW, don't forget to let us know the outcome.

since the flashing of my Xperia Sola to ICS 4.0.4 there are a alot of apps that are missing form my app list but show in the all apps section in settign like voice dialier, retail demo, sound recorder, street view, talk back, twitter etc. why they are there if not on apps list. and when fully charged there is no Full Charged Notification on screen. What should i do.

yes i used flashtool and firmware from india.
u can individually download those apps mate....
and i have never seen full charged notification in 3 stock roms i tried :/

You should root your phone, unlock bootloader and install some custom rom. I bet you'll feel the difference

Repair/update your phone with pc companion. It will reinstall your phone's firmware. That will delete all your installed apps but sd card content will remain intact. Dont forget to backup your contacts

Also You can try to reinstall force closing apps, but the best way is to install custom ROM. Stock one sucks, convince Your friend for other ROM
