just recieved my phone from warranty service and it has 10n. to e able to root it i want to go back to 10a via kdz but its not working and giving me some errors.
I'm playing with it whole day and no luck
even tryed to upgrade to 10q that is lg suit offering but thats not working aswell.
I also noticed some wierd things like when its switched off when you plug usb it just boots up into system instead of showing battery status like before
pls HELP
Maybe phone still has hardware problems.

A while ago i was stick with the starting lg picture ,after few efforts i've already done ,im so happy im with v10d but suddenly when i gingerbreak it it waits me until death without any effect then i tried other procedures ,,and i finally knew ,tnx to xda ,so downgraded it using upragrade kit and there you dowgraded software version ,but im contented with im not satisfied so i tried to install nova v11 BUT there you go agaiin ,,im stuck with the picture,,use CS EMERGENCY again ,try another rom its repeats with the routine you know help me ..i already tried cyanogen mod ,nova v8...In nova v11 update it goes like this
>>Q. ZOMG, the screen is black and LEDs are blinking forever after flashing, why?
A. Calm down, sometimes happens. Remove battery and try again, it'll work.<<<

I need some help with my phone. After stupidly installing the P940 LG Prada 3.0 ICS found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28568521&postcount=8 , my KU5400 Prada is now stuck in an "Encryption unsuccessful" screen that i have never seen before, with the option to reset phone. The only problem is : the touchscreen would respond. The phone didnt hang as i am still able to increase and decrease the volume.
I have tried everything found in this forum : http://www.tinhte.vn/threads/1253753/ (its in viet : I used google translate) and while i am able to reach S/W Upgrade mode, it wouldnt flash any rom EXCEPT the P940 ICS rom. Every other rom either results in KDZ crashing or LG Support Software reaching 7% and suddenly stopped detecting the device.
I tried LG Phone Recovery but it says that my model is not supported (trying with Singapore, Europe, Italy and Korea as the stated country).
What can i do?

help needed
Hello,
I have done something to my Prada, with the calls and now need a help. The case is the following: On the call options when you try to dial there is a grey window pop up asking you if you wanna do this call on skype, viber, mobile etc. This grey window is now missing and calls directly goes on mobile. Does someone knows where is the option to make it come back?
I am really sorry if I am writing in the wrong place but can`t really find place where to ask somebody. Many thanks in advance

Friend was drunk, splashed his phone with water but didnt notice right away. after some time he realized what has happened and pulled battery out of the phone. unfortunately phone was installing some software update. now phone works fine but is stuck in a boot loop and cant load android. i cant connect it to pc either, says missing driver mt65xx android phone driver. phone is few weeks old, is there any way to restore it to health?
also i cant enter boot menu( power btn +volume up/volume down). phone isnt rooted, all the software is stock.
is there any way to reapir it or my poor firend has to send it on service( and pay for it)?

i have a LG connect from Metro pcs (LG ms840) that seems to be stuck on the Lg logo shuts off then repeats,Now the phone has root permissions but the rom is stock,theres no custom recovery or any backup.It seems like the only thing i can do is bring it into download mode.

I seem to have the same problem except my device got bricked after my bro removed the battery without turning the dvice off (lg ms840) since we were with other phones batterys (I had my bros battery my bro had my battery) so I have been trying to use lg support tool and no luck for me maybe some luck for you???... also mah lg l9 got stuck in security error and cant seem to connect it trhoug usb I took it to fix but tech said *motherboards damaged two options throw it away or replace the motherboard* hmmmmmmm
My LG Volt had been freezing frequently and I would have to restart the phone .The last time it froze it would only turn on to the LG logo. I can get in to recovery and did a factory reset , a couple of times, but that did not help. I have looked at a number of forums at various sites trying to find a way to root this and hopefully restore the phone. One problem is that the computer does not recognize it. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! This LG Volt is running android 4.2 . It came with it . I was sent a replacement phone last Feb. but I know it was still android 4. . :crying:
