I'm the author of that rom. I built it for personal use, but have since moved on as it was built on the old 2.1 leak.
MMS was working fine last time I used the rom. I am now working on some for the new OTA Leak, and should have one out soon.
I was just wondering if there was an Incredible ROM? I haven't seen around the forums, do we have to wit for it to be rooted?

Not one, would be a hard port.

The incredible hasnt even been rooted yet, can they even get the ROM off at that point?

you gotta break it down to fit the specs of an Eris, remember it was made for another device not ours..
it can be a bit tiresome at times to get everything working when porting..but the payoff is dope!

like said, eris = hvga, while incredible = wvga
also both are senseui, why even bother
Does the Legend rom have the same 3D effects as the Incredible and Desire? example, when unlocking the phone, the effects it gives. I'm asking because I don't have a rooted phone to try the Legend rom...

before i begin i just want you to know ive tried to search for a whole day and still hit a dead end..
I just bought an X10 for AT&T USA so its x10a. brand new.
I already have it unlocked already so im using T-mobile USA.
I also have setup my internet access properly via tweakker.com
My question, why can i only use EDGE?! no 3G...
when i go to settings the network mode selection cannot be selected... what gives?!
should i debrand my phone? or root? will it make a difference? or is there a hardware issue here?

It's only twice Anyway, run steps 1 to 5 HERE, then run SEUS which will update you to 026. After you've got to that stage, run the additional step for X10a from the same link, and that should be that.
But if you are wanting to root your phone too, see THIS guide which will do the above also.

what really confuses me is the JAVA error. i seem to get stuck there.
edit: now im considering returning the X10 in exchange for the G2... but as much as possible i want everything to work out with the X10..

The only tips I can give is to read read read, as the java issues have been answered a thousand times, and there are suggestions on the thread I've linked to that will help.

im going to skip that for now.. im doing the x10a additional now.. should i do step 4 only, 5 only, or 4 and 5?

You should need an update because it's flashed an old firmware on there, so would run it anyway despite it saying you dont.
You should have followed every step from 1 to, and including 5, then run seus, then the additional step. I'm back at home now so will be here to help.

This is correct.
Debranding will not help you get 3G on T-Mobile with an X10a.
Only the X10i will access the correct frequency for 3G with T-mobile.

This might be why seus didn't run as you need to get it back to an X10a, but that means then you'll have to use another carrier for 3G.

I'd try steps 1-5, the additional step, then seus. Again, my apologies, but it will be easier to get rid of a debranded phone I guess.

ok so my bro just bought a vibrant and when u power on the phone, instead of it saying vibrant it says supersonic, and the phone looks just like an unlocked galaxy s, but has no front facing camera.. what kind of phone could it be? it has the tmobile splash screen also..
A replaced splash screen/boot animation is usually the result of a custom ROM or kernel (or both). You can check for a custom kernel by going to Settings > About Phone, and looking at the Kernel Version.

Custom bootscreen, custom ROM, or somebody tried to flash the wrong ROM onto it.
but why does it not have a fcc, and it looks just like the unlocked galaxy s, but its the same model as the vibrant..

Yeah probably. I would do a nandroid backup if I were you, but before you should see what kind of app/ setup which allowed him to have the kind of key mapping correct. I would also see if the native screenshot works (Home+ Menu at the same time)
it sounds like to me u got a modded vibrant with an ffc. I moded mine to have one, and am running cm7- tron edition, which has a different splash screen.
don't try and worry about bootloaders or key mapping (as to me no offense you sound a little noobish, and you could really mess up your phone if you don't know what ur doing).
just do some reading and u will no longer be noobis!

sound like u didnt read the first post right..
sounds more or less like a custom flash. a I9000 from south america. (My Aunt purchased hers in Venezuela no FFC) since it's here in the us someone just most likely flashed the T-mobile Splash screen. Changing out hardware is possible but far more trouble then it's worth in the end. But hey you never know.
