Is it possible to redirect incoming rings to front speaker ? Loud rings on rear speaker are unpleasant because they are distrorted ( too small speaker ? )

in my new phone there is problem ... when i make call in first ring and second ring i hear noise and after that the noise left , is this normal or not ???
is there is an app or mod or kernel that controls the mic frequency ? make the sensitivity low ? cuz when i record a vid or voice msg by loud sound the sound is so bad not like (lumia 920 ) or ( iphones) ,,

Redmi Note 4's incall earphone (front speaker) is not loud enough for me. How can I increase the volume?
