[Q] I can't root my phone - Vibrant Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

please help, i have this message every time i am trying to root my phone:

I have the debugging enable but i still have this message in different computer also i try in recovery mode and give error. Please help

this happens to me when i use super one click. idk why but some computers cant do it. what i do is just download the z4root app (search for it) and transfer it to my phone, then use astro (in market) to install it.

Actually I did with this program and still gave error on recovery mode.
