I just installed Metamorph in my Optimus one but I don't find metamorph theme for this !
Does somebody can help me ? Where can I find some theme ?

First - after you have installed Metamorph you should launch it to set it up. I tried different versions of Metamorph and each of them failed to set up.
Second - If you have already set up your metamorph, search in the Android General > Themes forum for MDPI device Metamorph themes (Make sure your Android version matches the targeted version of Metamorph to avoid bugs).

The original system APKs are odexed (Which means that in order to modify them you need to modify all the files related to them, search the web for "Odexed" to get more information). That's why to theme your phone you must have a deodexed ROM because otherwise it gets complicated (And if you theme an odexed ROM you won't be able to load the Android GUI).
You should either flash a custom ROM or make your own so you can apply themes from XDA and other sites.

Yes, I have all the system ported to Atrix, all apk's (framework-res, SystemUI, theme chooser, theme manager, there's nothing missing, if talking Application (apk), and all the jar files as well, and also permissions on the file etc / permissions (com.tmobile.software.themes.xml), can anyone help me? is missing some file, but can not find ..
Hello everyone.
First of all, english is not my native language so don't expect a perfect writting from me.
This is my first post, and it's about a simple modding thing that I was hopping I could find it somewhere on this forum, but unfortunatelly I lack of luck. It is not like I don't like the charging icon that appears on the notification bar on my tablet, but I find another type of mods more stylish and pretty. That's why I customed my SystemUI.apk to get this on my Android.
I used a tool from shayne77 that easily customize the battery indicator on CM9-based ROMS and original CM9 ones, so if you want to say thanks the credit its all for him.
It works specially with the Ganbarou ROM v1.00 for Galaxy Tab P7510, and it was tested by me and I hope it should work fine with yours.
I include in this post two attachments:
the ZIP file is flashable via CWM or similar recovery software.
The APK is the SystemUI.apk itself, and if you don't want to flash your rom, you can copy it with a File Explorer with Root Permissions in /system/app/.

I have been looking for a theme guide since the 4.3 update that introduced the ability to download themes from google play.
The closest I've found is this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1826413, but as it requires flashing the theme, and I haven't rooted yet, it's not really a option I want to use.
Any help is much appreciated
Until Sony provides an official tool for creating the themes, all you can do for now is decompile a theme, change whatever you want to change, recompile back, sign and install.
Hi i am fairly new to this i installed cyanogenmod 11 M7 on my sgs3. i downloaded some themes but i cant figure out how to apply it. if i go to settings then themes i only see one theme there which is the system theme. none of my installed themes was there. im kinda noob on this. was using jailbroken ios now switched to android. i hope someone can guide me?
Theme engines of OS & Theme application has to be compatible.
CM11 introduced new theme engine recently, so your themes might be old.
Hi All,
I wonder if any of you wonderful talented Android Guru's out there can help me with a ROM issue. I found an amazing rom for my device, however it's one developed a one man band Chinese fella... And of course, natural language is Chinese.
This, I believe I can change easily in Build.Prop file, however the Keyboard is also some Chinese App... cross between BingIme.apk and there was another App name on a different ROM. I want to make these ROMs clean / / pure English based....
Can you advice me how to do this please?? What Apps maybe needed? Do I have to sign the ZIP when finished or just exiting/saving the ZIP is fine...?? Also, can I delete Apps (or even an entire folder).
As I have had a go at this, however flashing the Zip resulted in an error... and failed to Flash!!!
Is there an App (either Desktop, or Android APK) that can make these changes, or package up my alterations after I flashed the Chinese rom...??
