Vibration Icon

Hey does anyone know how to remove the Vibration Icon from the task bar (considering that now when Vibrate is selected to always on it shows) on AT&T Galaxy S2 w/o rooting or anything like that? Trying to keep this one root free for at least another month. LOL
Thanks in advance
I was wondering the same thing, It's fairly annoying. I think Vibrate uses more battery, so it's kind of a reminder that you could disable it for better battery life.
Same here! I am used to my Cappy and still keep thinking that the ringer is off because it is showing the vibrate symbol. I keep the vibration on because I would never know it was ringing in my pocket otherwise. It would be nice to be able to use that valuable real estate in the notification bar on something a little more useful.
I was just wondering the same thing. I carry my phone inside my pockets I can't disable vibration I need it just in case I don't hear it ring.

settings-->Sound-->vibation-->only in silent mode
No. This is exactly the opposite of what we are wanting. We want to have vibration working at all times whether loud or silent but not have that dumb little icon in the top status bar
Don't see the point of having that annoying icon on the status bar at all the times. Also who's idea was to put the airplane mode toggle on the status bar , I would had prefer something more useful.

Yeah really! Why the heck would you put airplane mode toggle in place of something way more useful like a ringer toggle?
You guys make a great point about the Airplane mode I don't know what corporate big shot made that call! It would've been much smarter to have kept the ringer toggle there like @damon20r stated.
Hopefully someone will figure out the annoying vibration task bar icon sooner than later.
The Cognition X2 ROM is working on these issues. Primarily getting rid of the vibration icon and changing the flight mode toggle to Vibration+Ring/Ring Only/Vibration Only/None.

[Q]Disable Low Battery Notification

Any way to disable this? I have done some research and it seems i can replace the audio file with a silent file to disable the sound, but the pop-up is the part i really want to get rid of.
Possibly with a kernel mod, on the og EVO I lowered the flash cut off to 1%, I think that changed the low power notification as well

Is there taskbar incoming caller or remove lowbat popup FOR GOOD?

I mean really, does anyone find it really irritating when you playing around with your phone and all sudden incoming call popup taking whole screen???
I dont want to use airplane mode, i just need a mod or app to make incoming caller like flash in taskbar only, if i feel like answering, i could like pull it down from the taskbar.
Also i REALLY need mod for disabling the damn low battery popup, or atleast let me myself decide when battery is low, and only 1 warning, i would set it for 2%, also i hate the fact that camera is disabled at lowbatt, what if you're out at night, 5% left on your great Galaxy S3, suddenly you see ufo landing with aliens, wow i need to take a picture or video...oh crap "camera can't start, low batt" whatta f*** also hate the fact that brighness automatically goes dark. I hate this sorta dumbass automation, i want to ude my phone till 0% batt damned!
I'm using omega rom v11 with kernel came with it, also installed custom theming, but geeez am i annoyed by these limitations, jkay had great tools for S2, but i'd love to keep using omega rom.
Anyone??? Solutions??

Or more like notification bar, not taskbar. Call blockers dont have this option.

I totally agree and have been looking for solutions. In Dragon ICS you could install tweakbox to do the job. Now I'm on JB 1.7, Dragon Rom but it is not possible anymore.
Have you found a solution in the meantime?
Thanks in advance.

Screen Notification Issue

Whenever I receive new message/whatsapp/email/facebook/etc., my screen doesn't lights up to show me the notifications but it only makes the notification sound. Is there any way to turn on the screen when notification received?

It' s not an iPhone that's the reason why you have a notification light BTW it saves battery too. What a nonsense to turn the screen on each time you get a notification. Are iPhones still do that? I don't think that stock sense can do that.

Cool app and works similar to bitesms on iPhone jailbroken app. Only good thing though is the quick reply but imo the graphics on this make it look way out of date compared to the stock messenger. Only thing I don't like is when in your pocket you can accidentally hit reply and have issues if u know what I mean. Great alternative though for the few people that can't live without the screen turning on with a new text, lol. Personally I like it the way it is, does save some unneeded screen time and no possible way to case accidental responses. But if u just stare at ur device all day waiting for a text to appear, I can see the appeal, lol.
is there any other method to pop the screen?
i have been using the power button to pop the screen, is there any other alternative method?

Anyone know of a way to get rid of the 15% battery popup?

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of the 15% battery popup? Or at least have to show on the notifications bar without taking focus away from the main screen? It's really annoying me. Thanks.
