Hey guys as the title says im due to an upgrade soon and i have plenty of choices...
The thing that i need the most for me is the camera and speedy phone i have as a choice from rogers
- samsung galaxy sII LTE
-motorola razr
-htc raider
-galaxy nexus
-xperia arc
So my thoughts are so far not really samsung ui fan but its okay
I hate moto blur !
Sense looks really good but looks slow idk
Loving the galaxy nexus however camera looks poor :'(
Arc looks great but feels less like an upgrade but as i said speed and camera is my main concern !

I'm due an upgrade myself and am also wondering. Galaxy nexus is supposed to be amazing. Not sure what I'll plump for yet but it WILL be android.

I love everything about the galaxy nexus but camera isn't very promising neither battery life is

GsII im bending towards it one thing tho is touchwiz :'( i really hate how it scrolls between the screens but i guess no phone are perfect do you know anything about the camera ?

the camera was pretty good from what I saw on my friends gs2. Better than the x10s camera lol.
I'm not a fan of touchwiz either. Could always wait for an ICS update then use nova launcher which is a ICS based launcher and quite good

I chose sgsII can't wait for.upgrade and btw xperia s release date has been confirmed for the 5th march 2012 do you think its gonna.make its way to canada ? If so im upgrading to that 100% sure lol

I am due to an upgrade in 2 months in March i just hope any of them make its way to Canada either the xperia s or sgs3 whit Rogers as my father is leaving fido to join rogers and we both take an family plan and get a free tablet

I personally would have gone with the razr or most likely the galaxy nexus. The galaxy nexus is more likely to receive updates and the camera I heard was great with the lag less shutter. And ics ia awesome.

I had decided to buy an Ainol Novo7 ELF II, as it is priced right, size is right, there are custom roms for it - but it lacks a GPS receiver.
It doesn't look like any of the chinese tablets have bluetooth nor GPS - can this be right?
What aree my options, anything you can recommend?
...Nexus 7? Fits all your needs, but one. Android version, it has 4.1, not 4.0
At this point Nexus 7. It'll already be running 4.1 and your pretty much guaranteed updates from Google or else ROMs from XDA. Many less common 7" tablets may never see OS updates or ROMs.
The exus 7 is the most obvious choice, however.. it is not for sale in Denmark :/

I would probably have tried to get a HOX if I didn't love the note so much.
Probably some cheap flip phone. Kinda getting tired of paying 190$ a month for 2 phones when neither me or my wife make calls and send maybe 500 texts a month and now wifi is at 9/10 of the places I visit.

Reminds me of a time before these nice android tablets, I got a Samsung Q1 Ultra and hated windows and linux on it, so I ported Android-x86 donut to it.
Just a little after that the Streak came out and I felt like I wasted my time and money.
I had an AT&T HTC One X, but I got it early and I kept getting emails from people saying that they tried calling me but I never got the calls.
I returned it and got the Note.
I would probably also be on an sgs3.
HTC one x.which I have... tried the s3. Didn't impress me at all.. still waiting for my perfect phone. If the one x had a SD slot and a battery u can swap out. That would be my perfect phone.
