as far as i know there isnt any app for this , but u can always use the android browser and watch streaming from a website u use.
i do the same thing and i watch matches on full screen live streaming through the web browser, works flawlessly but eats battery and data so be careful about that.
cheers

You cann try Ustream beta app on the market

Download stream media player. Google for "rtsp live TV India sdp" on internet you should get many links. Links starts with rtsp:// and ending with .sdp or .3gp (file format) copy that link. Open stream media player goto internet video then press menu key then click new. Paste the link there and press start. It will work with any service providers 2g 3g or wifi. Enjoy.
Tip: The QCIF and perf0 links works best with slow internet with stock rom. The QVGA links works best with good internet and custom 2.3 roms.
Do post some nice rtsp links its not illegal.

I know u can directly watch rtsp but stream media player saves all the links and you can organize the links for later viewing.

Youtube App

I notice that people use a youtube app and would like to know why.
I have had no problem accessing and playing youtube videos from youtube.com using my Dolphin HD browser.
Prolly convenience. Same reason they use bank apps, pandora app, hulu app, etc.
Easier to use plus you don't have to deal with flash which is being discontinued anyway.

Speed.
Flash is slow.
PLUS YouTube.com is designed for computer monitors. YouTube app is designed for android.

Fullscreen - I can never get the in-browser window to fill the screen properly. I think the buttons are easier to hit in the app too.
Thanks for all the input I will give the app a try. I don't go to Youtube very often but it sounds like the way to go.

Looking for a youtube to mp3 app for ICS.anyone know any?

Title says it all.thanks.

Have you tried Jetvd, that's what I use. Hasn't been available in the market for a while but google-able.

Tubemate, using on CM9 without a problem.
MoPhoACTV Initiative
Maybe try using a user script (usersscripts.org) which allows you to download the video, possibly also the audio track? These are snippets of Javascript which inject themselves into specific sites when you're viewing them. I use one named "YouTube to MP4" on Firefox on my desktop PC. Since the Android browsers are fully functional I expect the same option applies there.
For this option, Firefox requires Greasemonkey addon, but I believe it's a native option on Opera and Chrome.
Also try tubeGod(tubex) its no longer in the market so you have to search for it(its free so no problems)
Much better quality than tubemate imo and mp3s dont come as large as tubemate either
I extracted the audio from a video a few days ago
Tubemate(17mb)
TubeGod(1mb)

Tubemate's file size is big because it downloads the whole MP4 video and renames it as MP3.

Looking for an app to watch TV on.

Hi guys,
I'm currently using my player pro which I purchased from the play store but every now and then when something important is on TV like world cup match it says I cannot use 3g and must use WiFi. I want to be able to watch TV on my note 3 anywhere I want and not be restricted to WiFi. Also the free apps have loads of ads and crap. I don't mind paying for an app that will let me watch UK TV channels just as long as it doesn't rely on WiFi and must have no ads.
Can anyone recommend a good TV app?
Cheers,
Kev
