Yes. If you check the bible in the dev section there is a link to the stock kernel i believe.
So would I be able to flash the kernel back to stock through cw or would I have to use odin? I'm just trying to see if there is a way to go back to stock kernel without using odin.

Voodoo questions.

Can you backup in CWR with voodoo enabled?
Also, can you flash a voodoo rom if you have voodoo enabled?

Yes you can use cwr and backup while voodoo is enabled. I have never run into any problems.
Currently running s.c. 2.9.1 EB16 voodoo!
Edit. Yes you can flash a voodoo rom, you have to have a voodoo rom if you have voodoo enabled. Else you will just sit at the samsung logo waiting.....

Kernal question

How do I remove a kernal after I've installed it? Do I have to re-flash the rom? I'm sure this has been asked before, and I apologize.

Just flash a different kernel right over the top of it. If you're flashig from a Voddo kernel to a non-voodo kernel make sure to disable voodo.
Thanks.
