well inside the cab are the updated files, u can extract them and update the rom file with them, the only downside is it takes a bit longer than to update the device with zune...
I actually updated the rom and tested it, working beautifully, the download link is exactly for the updated rom.

It only updates the updater but it proves hd2 wp7 can be updated.. by the way i kinda like to be up to date..

Sure
unpak A0CE706D-12B7-45AC-A5FC-AD04DFCA6E86_100.cab
to a tem folder, you will get a few files with extension .pku rename to .cab, select all and extract to another temp folder, message will pop up to overwrite files as each cab contains repeat files, after that delete all the dll files under 2Kb size, delete any .rgu file that cant read when edited with notepad and same with *.vol, the remaining files copy and replace on imgfs dump, rebuild, flash, done. check for updates with zune and it will tell you it is up to date.

Well, you have to do the dump and rebuild thing, follow xda_haseeb's thread on "Kitchen for WP7" Rom .
I might make an already updated rom and post it here as well .

if you can supply an already updated rom, a link to the updated files and a screenshot that would be great.
p.s if uploading an updated rom, state which rom it was origionally, that way people will know if there are any mods applied by the developer

I am usin the original Leo70 rom but trying to keep it as close as possibe to a HTC stock rom using parts from RUU_Schubert_HTC_Europe_1.16.401.01_Radio_5.51.09.06a_22.30.50.09_Signed_SCHUBERT_RELEASE.exe ( not the nodo leak) still trying to figure out what exactly was updated on RUU_Schubert_HTC_Europe_1.69.401.01_Radio_5.54.09.21_22.33b.50.10_Signed_SCHUBERT_RELEASE.exe (apprently reported to contain the nodo update)
But you can actually use this update file only on Leo70.
