why when i have a custom rom and i try to disable wifi my device reboots ? Please help me..................... quickly
Which ROMs have you tried? I have no problem with my wifi using Iridium ROM.
Dude i think your problem is with the wrong installation of custom ROM's
As per the procedure of custom ROM's you firstly have to "Factory Rest"....means the full Wipe-Out of the system....
Go to the xRecovery....click Factory reset.....(before installing ROM)....then install update.zip(the custom ROM)
This way all your problem with apps or WI-FI or Bluetooth....etc. will be solved...

From where are ARM9 came? What custom ROM is it?
custom rom made by australia 2.2.1 just add rooted on the stock rom. and got this crash.
I have to reset it alamost every day, because it freeezes. Im curently using latest stock rom.
1 - 2 times a week. no freezes, because of bugs. energy rom.
Stock ROM should not freeze... unless you have something wrong installed...
May you can try with only the ROM installed and check...
You can also try installing customized ROM/Cooked ROM...

Hi all
Currently I am using slimkat custom rom.i have rooted my phone and flashed this rom as per the instructions..everything is working fine except my phone is not responding when I turned on wifi...I hve tried cm11 carbon slimkat and ressurection roms as well...
One thing I didnt understand is some times wifi will work but suddenly phone will stop responding after some time..and some times on turning on wifi itself phone will stop responding..
I guess this is not a hardware problem.and I have unrooted bck to official stock rom in which my wifi is working...but with custom roms am facing this issue.
Is this is a kernel issue? Can you please help me on how to reslove this??

I've been facing this problem about the custom roms that run on 4.4.4 that is based on sliim/omni/aosp/cm. When I try to flash them I always get system.ui crash. I've tried to solve the problem by doing these steps:
•Doing full wipe system/data/cache/dalvik cache
•Installing a stock rom then rooting and flashing the rom again.
I still face the same problem and I don't know what is the reason. If their is someone that could help me solve this problem I'd really appreciate it ! Thank you!

Hello. I am on this thread because after installing the Alliance v9 custom rom to my phone I've had two problems. The first is that the physical recent and back buttons don't work anymore. The second is the wifi wont turn on. Both of these problems only started after I rooted it. Is there any way to fix it?
there must be bugs with the rom, and 99% for the custom rom already come rooted. Install some other bug free ROM.
