Hi all,
i need some help with uptodate 18.3
i am using Jackos S3 v1.03 smartmove rom(6.5 with sense 2.1) on my rhodium (t-mobile USA)
issue is when ever i want this medical reference software called "uptodate"to work for me it just shows me a blank screen.i've tried v18.2 and that too didnt work for me.
issue is(explained below)
1.when i click on the program icon from start menu it shows up "screen001"(please see attachments);-------which is good
2.Next when i type something in it(as shown in "screen002"),its still good
3.and upon hitting "search" in windowd it pops up the "screen003"-----everything is smooth uptil now
4.but when i select any of the topics it shows up blank screen as shown is "screen004"and my device is still functional and i can browse back and forth but it shows no data
*so bottom line is:this does not hang up on me but refuses to show any data,please help me in this regard...i can switch to another rom if necessary but i really need this software desparatly
*there is also 1 more thing when i select "table of contents" which is shown in screen001, my device gives an error shown in "screen005"(this screen005 also comes up when i select "about" from "menu" in screen001
please help me rectify this issue..i shall be really thankful to u guys

i m sory, its a litle out of topic question bt i wana knw whre i can get the dvd of uptodate in lhr, or in pindi/isd? I ve omnia, rom dont knw, coz i m new in using. Ur help ll b highly apreciated. 2ndly can i install uptodate èout active sync?
Please do some search first on this forum.

Your second question: yes you can install UTD without activesync.

though i tried a hard reset and installed UTD 1st thing on it along with fix uptodate by doctorcete

The dump of 1.60c on Buzz's site is only a dump of files from his device that were used for his testing...
The installer package will be released later on this week / early next week, please be patient...
it'll be worth the wait !
I confirmed it already reposted by buzz. You can download it now. I already upgrade it to 1.60cWWE, but I didn't see any different.
Quite a bit speedier, can't see much else different tho.

I think a lot of people have been spoilt and miss the big picture! Buzz you have done a great job. Just a small comparison to prove this:

- The buttons (I would love for these to work, its no biggie)

Fixed huge problems by using WM2005 vs WM2003:
- Bluetooth works like a dream
- Headset reliably works
- Car kit reliably works
- BT GPS reliably works
- Persistant Memory!!!!
- No lockups
- Faster!!!!
- Battery lasts at least twice as long
- We now have WMP 10
- There are several other benefits that the os brings

HI all,
intalled 96c but now can't get the extra 32mb storage to appear, unhide then unlock then run Hima_DOC_Tool_1.0.exe, reboot when asked but this cause hard reset and i have no 32nb storage???
can't install voice command, says i have not go enough room?????
currently have
storage 30.53 and program 120.32
any ideas.???????
Also tomtom won't install. Installation just crashes right after agreeing to the licence AAAAHHH??????

well, when you download a ROM Package, there usually is a textfile whithin it with Instructions on how to flash the ROM to your QTEK.
Just follow these Instructions WORD FOR WORD, do not deviate from the Instructions given and you should be good

Usually it's done through the Settings Menu and "Remove Programs" or something like that... although it could be that you need to do a hardreset as described in the ROM Update Infofile... that the Device is complaining about Software not being found could be due to a not formatted storage and/or registry after the Flash Process.

This is my first ROM it's the stock ROM for devices shipped in Egypt. I have followed the process as in the kitchen thread but I don't know how to make sure if this ROM is working properly or not. So hope one of you guys can test it and tell me.
By the way I don't encourage anyone to use this one except those looking for warranty as the GPS is disabled in this ROM.

Yes, check this thread and my discussion with taiseer, he is really a nice guy and made a good job.
By the way if you are not intending to use arabic interface (i.e just reading and writing I encourage you just to use Mobidiv 416 and the keymapper to support the Hardware Keyboard.

Just a kind request to check out the links of the two parts as they are no longer working, and have this message "This file is neither allocated to a Premium Account, or a Collector's Account, and can therefore only be downloaded 10 times." "This limit is reached" and I urgently need this ROM.

I thought Jade had no GPS ship installed. Please correct me if I'm wrong. If it exists the only thing to do is to download the middle east rom from HTC site, it will be enabled by default 9again if GPS exists). Just go to support page, choose either the arabic or wwe rom, put your serial number and download. The rest is easy: connect to activesync, have more than half battery full, double click on the exe file you downloaded, follow the steps, and voila!!!

presenting u all my new rom as full but lite version.this rom is build on 28008 core,and makes the screen of niki more wide and lengthy in dimension,and having the last version of 1.9 of the most desired browser for wm.apart from that resco photo manaer,latest edition,and ucweb 6.3 is also included.

About Resco Photo Manager, I'm not sure that is freeware and if it isn't you're not allowed to use it, keep that it mind.
In the hidden upper screen the sound/volume symbol isn't there.
And I don't know how to close UCWEB6 but that could be my fault.
You defenitly give me some inspiration to add on my own rom.

this rom is very good
fast, seems to me that is stable, without bugs so far.
suggestions: i know that we can install any apps we want, but for me there are two apps missing, a small calculator and the office mobile.
once again i know that i can install this apps later but would be great that came with the rom.
to me and to my phone this is the best rom for niki available in xda so far.

Im a proud owner of TOSHIBA TG01 from almost a year nd i still cant sort it properly for my personal needs I hope u can help me with that tho....
I have an exe "program" called "Alt+Tab" (sorry i cant upload it but i will try if someone want it)... Before i was using that program on my PDA HP iPAQ to use it like the ALT+TAB combination on the PC to swap between my open mirrors-everyone knows that.
Im finding it hard (dont even have an idea how to do it) on the TG01 to program a specific button to work with that exe.
I want to make it everytime when i press the Camera button that exe to start how to do it guys? Pls help me with that "problem" of mine
P.S. Pls explain step by step like to a noob
