I'd rather not use BlueSoleil, I've had some trouble with that, and the program isn't that nice to use.
Any suggestions if I can use WiFi to do this?
Twonkyserver free media streaming all I use it to look at videos and pics from my phone on chic over wifi

I tried a few with the particular requirement that video call between desktop computer and phone be possible. The only solution I found was ooVoo. I don't know where I got it, thought I had found it on the market, but it seems to be no longer available. I do have a beta version installed though that works.
It will use the photo camera, so you might want to find a mirror if you want to see the other party and be seen at the same time...
Performance is OKish, did a short test on wifi with desktop computer, framerate was quite low and laggy sometimes, also had a quite noticeable delay in the audio, but at least it worked...
HTH.
Bye, Roland!
oovoo is gud but i thnk fring is gud if u require to chat btwn mobiles nly. . .. . you can download it from itz original site fring.com

Not sure what you are asking for but if you want the mobile versions of websites rather than the full site, us another browser like dolphin. Then you can switch between mobil/web.

By "mobile" I assume you mean your mobile telephone. Connect your telephone to your tablet using a combination of an OTG USB Type-A socket to Micro-A plug cable (like Sony's SGP-UC1) and a standard USB Type-A plug to whatever-your-telephone-requires plug cable, possibly the one supplied with your telephone for connecting it to a computer. The tablet will see your telephone as an external storage device, like a flash drive, and you can use a file manager app to transfer files between your telephone and tablet. You can also do this with cameras, portable MP3 players, etc.

I'm too. Check your telephone's USB connection setting. It may be set to something like "Application Access". It needs to be set to something like "Memory Card Access". Also, make sure you are not using two OTG cables back-to-back. Worse case is your telephone requires drivers that are not installed on your tablet. In that case, search your telephone manufacturer's web site or contact their support service to see if they have an Android version of their drivers. Otherwise, I cannot think of anything else to tell you. Good luck.

I just for the first time set up a Bluetooth connection between my tablet and telephone and did a file transfer using ES File Explorer without problems. Perhaps you can use Bluetooth instead of a USB connection?

I fail to see the difference. I'll be quite now.
Are you looking for a cloud service? Maybe Google Music, Google Drive, and Picasa or something like that.

You can try "wifi file explorer" on your mobile from the market, (ur mobile must be running android for this solution)
Both devices shoud be connected to the same wireless network (wifi)
The app gives you an ip address of your mobile with opening a port for file editing. You can access your mobile from any web browser on your tab (or any device connected to the same wifi) by typing the address given by the app, u can set a password if u r using public wifi, try it and report please
It's working with me

screen mirroring direct to PC

is it possible to mirror the s3 screen to a PC without a adapter?
I would also like to know this, I've googled a lot about this, but the only way i found was through adb at 4fps.
I hope that some one here knows something better.

teamviewer quicksupport works well as long as you don't need it for watching videos (low fps, but works well)
I use mirrorop again poor frame rate but works well.

Airdroid or a VNC client but the frame rate is not great, if you want a 1:1 quality your going to need a cable. I'm hopeful one day we will get screen recording.

There are several.
Personally I like BubbleUPnP. It's a server/rendere/control point.
I don't know if it works with android 2.3, but You may try skifta.
