I was wandering if We could connect to a GPS via bluetooth using our Folio?
Regards,

I got replies that others has the TntMod running with a BT GPS, so i assume Market has a BT gps app you use, i forgot if the person replied to how it was done, but im sure it was working..

Bluetooth GPS
Hi,
I am using an app downloaded from Android Market, the Bluetooth GPS by Googoo Android, v. 0.5.8.
It works fine with my Folio 100, with Dexter's mod 1.3b.
The bluetooth GPS device is a Touch GPS device.
i can confirm that it works.
i used it with my nokia n95 as the GPS unit, using the symbian app ExtGps by symarctic (should work on all s60 devices with a built in gps). and the app Bluetooth GPS by Googoo Android on the folio.
remember to allow mock locations =)

nah. some people use wifi location.
I'm using a bluenext gps, Bluetooth GPS by Googoo Android. Seems fine but not used in anger yet. The setup uptions are all 'automated' by the apps, they open the dialogue for you so not much need to change the defaults, I think.
Remember the GPS pairing may not become 'active' without the app running.
Great news.
Thank you all!
Hello,
I use the internal GPS of my Samsung Galaxy S with GPS 2 Bluetooth v.2 and Bluetooth GPS Provider on my Folio.

I love Skype for making calls when I am out of the country. It works great on my laptop and iPhone. I just installed the Android version on my Tab and discovered that this version does not allow the option of using a bluetooth headset. In fact, I cannot even find the "Options" menu in the Android version.
Am I missing something? Has anyone been able to get Skype to work with a BT headset on their Tab?
Next question. Is there a similar app that works on Android that works with a BT Headset?
Thanks in advance.
Bob
Hey guys,
I recently install the CM7.1 on my Atrix 4g and it looks great. Everything seem to be working fine except that I can't pair my jawbone icon bluetooth headset.
I searched on Google and here (xda forum) and found other people having similar problems but couldn't find a fix for mine.
Is this a know issue with CM7.1?
If anyone knows the fix for this could you paste a link?
Much appreciated.
dont u think cm7.1 is old? haha. i think is a bug if its install latest cm7 like rc or idk

Nope. I have the lastest version of the CM7 for my cell.
Besides, the main threat for the CM7 Motorola Atrix says:
The current version of CM7 for the Atrix does not yet support the following:
- Webtop
- Fingerprint Scanner
- Pocket Detector
- Horizontal HDMI Mirroring
Therefore, I'm assuming that the headset bluetooth should work. If the developers found later that there is a problem with bluetooth they could easily had edited/updated that post.
Anyone?

I know this isn't quite what you want, but my tip is to use a better car dock app. Car Home Ultra is what I use, and it's fantastic. You can snag it from the Market (aka Play Store).
thats what im using now but it doesnt have the functionality that the moto car dock app has.
i have the motorola car dock (not the app) connected to my car stereo and the other apps wont transmit the sound via the usb port

Have you tried looking in settings? CM9:
Settings->System->Dock-> Use Dock USB Audio
That should work I THINK, but there might be a problem with the DAC for the atrix since it's not fully supported by CM9... I think it does though. I'll check on my laptop dock and let you know what results I have.
Hi all
I'm looking at getting an Android 4.0 device - not a phone as it happens - but I'm going to want to have all audio sent over Wi-Fi in order to work with something like this: http://www.lindy.co.uk/usb-portable-wireless-audio-system/20404.html
Now if I was running Lindy I'd be sure to release an app for that, but I've not seen mention of one. I don't know Android well either.
Can anyone help? I was considering Bluetooth but it turns out that lossless Bluetooth audio receivers are scarce.
Thanks
