Periodically mumble client version says it expired even though there is no update on the Market. Anyone else seen this?

I uninstalled this app when I was on 1.83 because it had a ton of bugs and issues. When I upgraded to 4.5.91 for some reason I cannot find in market. I was hoping kaspersky would fix app down the road and I could reinstall but market wont pick it up. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried turning airplane mode on, then back off and connecting to a wifi signal, then opening the market?
I just tried and it did not work. Thanks for the idea though. Maybe kaspersky is not compatible with 4.5.91 and that is why I cannot find app.

I couldn't find it on Market either on 4.5.91, but I did find this:

Use QR code and it takes you to download page at Kaspersky.
I've found a couple apps now that haven't shown up on either 2.3.4 HKTW or 4.5.91.

I want my phone to appear that it is on Sprint's network. I am trying to use the Blackboard Mobile Learn app from the market but my school doesn't pay for that feature but I could use it free if the app thinks I am using a sprint phone on a sprint network.
Is there something I could do to change this? They have some sort of strategic partnership or something.
Any help or direction would be great.
I am running the latest eclipse.

...straight from the market, they just never bothered to notify me, even though I signed up on the website to be told when it was updated for the Rezound.
Not from what I can tell. Says its not compatible in Market and Rezound is not listed in change log.

Weird - the Market on the web from a PC? Or the phone's market?
I'm on OEM 2.01.605.11
In the app. I'm on Senseless 4.0.3 so it seems there is something there preventing it. Maybe I'll try sending from PC

Does anybody have an .apk or fix that removes exchange restrictions? For some reason, I am limited to 30 days of email sync on android. I use godaddy for exchange hosting for my two man operation.
I am coming from a Skyrocket running seanzscreams rom, and got used to using the Gmail based mail client without restrictions.
