my friends x10 is always blue in txt and so on is there a way to change that thanks in advance
also when she send a long txt it wont send i flashed 2.1 rom awhile back would that have anything to do with it?
Look in the themes&apps section. Lots of choices to change the colors.

So I'm working on my home screens and such and I just wanted to know if you guys could help me out by posting a bunch of stuff to get my beloved vibrant to look like its running gingerbread. I'm that somebody that tells you to just root, get nero or gingerclone, rock microbes lwp and viola. If your not feelin it then put the work in for ur beloved vibrant. Root isn't hard and its easy to undo later if need be. Who's gonna look that closely anyway, and why does it matter. Theres a guy that I work with that has the nexus s and doesn't even try to flex on me. My Vibrant w/ nero is effin beast. Are you one of those guys that walks up and says "hey, look at my phone". Don't be a poser, come correct or not at all. And another thing, if you want answers be specific about what you need help with, not just, I want it to look like... I'm not trying to bust ur balls, just sayin.

Sure flash a different rom. That'll fix it.
Seriously don't you think if there was a fix it would be baked into the rom. Perhaps that's why no one replied to you.

With most forums, there is a minimum of 10 characters in order to submit a post so if somebody wants to just reply with a "yes" or something like that to a post they write "10 char" so their post will submit.

if u have xrecovery installed, the way to get into is by the presssing the back button when the sony ericsson logo comes on. if u havent got xrecovery installed u can do so by using flashtool

If you truly want to help your friend and she is the legal owner of the phone you/she can do one of two things.....
ask Google to reset the password for your friend using a computer or since you appear to be so kind on our phone internet connection. She can the use it to get OR
go to her service provider to help her .... any other method you seek could make it look rather suspicious .. hope she comes out right

I believe you. Keeping aside the statement, follow the instructions mentioned below:
Tell your friend to use the computer to reset the password. It is not x10 fault but hers and she has to reset her password from gmail.
If that is a problem, take x10 to SE ASS and tell them to format it and use a diff email address.

lol I would but my phone is dead and I was wondering if a dev with more knowledge would know . I got it from the Nexus S forums. All I know how to do is flash away.. I cant make any tweaks lol

I'm trying to port a rom from another Xperia play but it has a different baseband GSM I'm on CDMA I get the rom loaded but do not have baseband since there isn't a ftf file for Verizon's 2.3.4 gb I need to find what files I need to change exactly for working 3g data calls and txt. Any help here would be grateful again I know wrong place for my phone discussion but looking for answers

I would have but the thing is uploading is really a pain in the ass.
Second thing there will always be noobs complaining or asking silly questions and I got a really bad temper.
Most of all I haven't developed a ROM so I just don't feel like it.

However you could always make a mod containing what all tweaks or scripts you added and upload it ! ! !
Considering Rom would be too big and it wouldn't give you a pain in your ass for updating and stuffs!
