Checkout the video below, i have successfully got running a Gingerbread 2.3.3 ROM with CM7 Mod & a few Xperia Arc Goodies e.g. Arc Launcher, Timescape, Digital Clock Widget, On/Off Widgets, & etc

Looks very nice. I have been looking for an Android build like this. The Xperia series is very popular and after playing with my friends X10 it is something I would love to see on the HD2.

No, there is no official APK ... its in framework-resources.apk file that is phone specific :-(

That looks amazing I look forward to it coming out. It looked like everything was working fine but you would know better. Funny I have never been a fan of Ericson but again that looks amazing.

Bro ,
Tested the app ,It is a great application amazingly tailored but just missing some basics stuff like if i have to add stock doesnot give much option or a stock should be simply pulled out and added by typing in the name.
Can you please design it the way yahoo works,it should be simple.

Probably not, the play has the hardware controls and its app I think only works with those, not to mention the play obviously will have a much better gpu. But in time the devs might make on screen controls and be able to make it less gpu needy. Who knows?

That's also what I was hoping. Our devs are pretty awesome, so I'm hoping for touch controls. I can't wait for PlayStation on all Android phones.
I tried to attach several of the apk's from here in the theme section, trying home launcher and stuff now....

Hey guys, as someone of you know, slade87 and me, are working on ROM Manager for mini pro. I think about it, and expanding to all Xperia devices sounds like a nice Idea for me, I dont really know if you like the idea too.
For now i only need your help on some things (please only devs):
*Cleanup chargemon -> You have lots of chargemons, maybe you can make a Unified chargemon, like the one we use on mini pro, for now, Install recovery It's disabled on Devices Different to U20, also install hotfixes, and change hw keyboard layout
*Upload roms to Direct Download server, and Modify Roms.list to fit X10 repository.
This is the format:
Romnamewithoutspaces;DIRECT download link;Changelog:, ,-seppared,-by,-commas, ,author;MD5;lastversionDOUBLE;NEXT ROM SAME FORMAT.....
If you dont know WTF im talking about, check this:

2. why not xml? xml vs csv rulz! even SE uses xml in stock for all things.
3. you know that tar.gz backup on x10 doesn't need progress bar becouse it is working on 1GHz, it will be like what was that? oh nothing something blue jumped from left to right.
4. tabbed interface will rule on x10.

My custom rom compiled from the source cyanogenmod 9 ICS 4.0.4 for u8650 GSM
Unofficial CM9 LuckyIcsGsm 4.0.4 ---> google....

but I have two problems
1. The call volume is really quiet on the loudest setting, and loudspeaker doesnt work well.
2. Mobile data dosent work, pages just load forever and never actually open.
Other than that, its an amazing rom

Since i'm new here i can't post on the LuckICSgsm thread, but i'd like to point out these bugs:
1. Can't send SMS to groups
2. Many times incoming calls don't show the caller's name
3. Can't dial frequent numbers (from the frequent numbers tab)
Fix these and the camera and the ROM will be the best out there for this phone, truly outstanding, way better than stock, way faster and stable than any other custom ones out there

I totally agree! I had these problems, but also that the phone calls where really hard to hear.
I will definitely use this rom when these are fixed and the camera works

I'm using a super stable rom "LunarBasic", never crashed, never restart
cyanogen mod 7.2
android 2.3.7
Launcher is slightly slow, animations aren't as smooth and gapps must be installed separately, these are basically the cons

It's stable and all but overall really slow, i'm using GGR next gen with 360 launcher which is a lot faster, the only downside to me is having the settings in a widget and not in the pull down toggle

A little workaround might help.
Change your device's name to an Xperia device. Restart phone and try updating it via play store.
