I just installed ISO-8859-1__Co0kie.HomeTab_v2.0.0.cab and CHTEditor_v2.0.0.0.cab
It's downloaded from xda-developers.com
My phone is HTC Touch Diamond 2 uses Windows Mobile 6.5 but I run CHTEditor, appearance notice Missing CHT: "Co0kie's Home Tab does not appear to be install...."
I have restarted mobile, hard reset,... but it still does not work
Pls help me

Try uninstalling your CHT, and then re-download and re-install. I am not sure if it is just the way you typed it or what, but that is not the way that the CHT Cab is labeled. Make sure you are getting it from here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=792303
or I will attach it too.

yeah that's right, some how i managed to download an older version of cookie's Home Tab, although I downloaded CHT and the Editor at nearly the same day... hm
anyway, thx for your post, it made me checking it again.

try to reinstall cht....it will uninstall automatically....then go to settings/applications/remove programs...it wont be there anymore

Did you succeed in getting this done? Searched every single post for an answer, nothing. At least nothing for Windows Mobile 6.1 on my HTC Touch Pro.

One more question though (since you're online), when i am doing changes on manilla files and those shell DLLs and so on, am i playing with the original ROM?
In other words, i want to play with my mobile as i wish, but when i choose to do factory defaults, i want it all to be gone and do things from scratch, is that too late for me? Am i already playing with the factory ROM?

I don't know what you do exactly but if you use and run some applications like rom upgrade utility (RUU) probably u are changing or already have changed the original one.
Don't be concern with it, no problem i think, there are so many modified WM6/6.1roms here and there is also official WM5 rom you can easily find.
Kardash (kardeş) means "brother" in Turkish, did you mean this? if so, how do you now?

Thanks for your reply, as for the ROM, well, i did not run any utilities, but i am overwriting manila files and dlls, and when i do so, i get a message from Resco Exporer telling me that i am modifying the ROM, so that freaked me out, i do not wanna loose the official rom on my HTC Touch Pro. As for Kardash (Kardeş), well, i once visited turkey, it was lovely, and i learnt this word there Then when i saw that ur from Turkey

yep I have all those installed prior to TouchFLO. I need to find a way to allow this O2 ROM to run any type of unsigned .exe file. wish me luck.

The registry fix is only to bypass prompting of unsigned cabs/apps...
change policies: 101a: dword:01 (same for wm5 and wm6)

Get hold of TouchFlo. Search in this forum. Install it and then add a shortcut for the 'up-down' action key to open SCLPC++. it should run now.

I am having problems with changing my registry to be able to stop the trusted certificate check.
How do i go about doing this and what do i change in the registry in order to stop this?

Not sure if this is old news but, basically while searching for the TP2 comm manager, the ones i've found didnt work correctly(see blogs here http://www.fuzemobility.com/touch-pro-2-communications-manager-ported/#comment-8909) without installing TP2 manila made by xboxmod. So basically I downloaded the already cab'd Topaz comm manager by Caldito and added the fuze customizations. I made a modification that allows all pages(band switching, Bluetooth, PIn, etc) to work, also landscape displays correctly in all pages. Enjoy!

I dont think you'll need the sdkcerts to install it, but make sure you close out the comm manager process before installing!

I have tried all connection setup cabs i found online on my t-mobile hd2 and none of them had my country's (barbados) settings...
however this package i used to cook in my leo based roms for the x1 worked every time, but for some weird reason i am having problems in cabbing them, can someone here please cab these for us t-mobile hd2 users please...

I should be able to do this, but right now, my WinCE Cab Manager is giving me trouble, so it'll be a few hours until I get home & can work on it there. Unless someone beats me to it. I can't test it, though, because I already have this version cooked into my ROMs.

i need latest connection setup cab , am also using tmous stock rom and i need latest rom cuz all cabs are old arround some can set internet connection but nothing can setup mms connection

No problem friend. I have edited the cab. You shall use it in future without shortcut issues.

I'm getting this error every time I try to install a widget! And I don't even have any widgets installed!?
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling CHT and CHTEditor, but that hasn't made a difference. I looked around the forum and couldn't find any help regarding this.

I have the same problem.After HR all I've installed is CHT 2.0.0.0 final version and CHT editor 2.0! And my HD2 writes the same about full widget slots. I've tried to do what's in the thread in second quote in this discussion, not helped...

Did you install the new 7c60907d.manila file that sir mike2nl have updated to be able to set 20 widgets?

Yes I have both downloaded and installed from here.Both seems to me working normally,except of this widget problem.I've tried 2 different widgets and for both the same problem.Both made for 2.0 version (clock and weather)

hmm, strange. But to get a better support I would suggest you to ask your question again on the CHT (2.0) thread. There are more users/peoples who maybe know a other solution.
Maybe your problem is just related at the widgets him self and not at the CHT but to be sure and have more solutions presentable it's better to post it on the CHT thread.
