Anyone else having low Quadrant scores? - Vibrant Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I noticed my scores are getting lower and lower. I just went from Bionix 1.3.1 to Darky v9.4. my quadrant score still is below 1036. im wondering if anyone else has this issue. i have voodoo enabled and everything.

I would double check to make sure its enabled. Cause right around 1000 is what you should get when its NOT enabled.

Iam getting around 1900+ on simply galaxy /sweet honey 2.8.1with overstock 2.2

on my g1, it effected my score with how many apps i had installed. should this effect the vibrant being that the hardware is superior. i have nearly 107 apps installed. (not all are user apps).

It shouldn't make a difference. Try flashing another kernel with voodoo and see if you get the same results.

I got 1692 with Bionix and the Overstock Kernel. (No OC Set) and Voodoo enabled.
Something is definitely wrong.

odin bacm to stock. you might need to start fresh.

Something is def up

i got 1512 with triger 2.8.1 stock

There's a lot that effects quad scores. How many apps, voodoo, rom etc. And if you feel that the rom is snappy you shouldn't need an app to tell you it is.

Sims 3 Crashing?

Ok so I started playing the Sims 3 that came on the Vibrant.but for some reason after buying a new couch for my home in the game.when I try to nap or sit on the couch the game crashes back to my home screen! Tried selling and buying a new but it still crashes. Once or twice some AirRide error screen showed up and froze the game! I dont know what the hell the problem is. Could it be my root or lag fix v2 causing the problems? Please help! Thanks a million!

Sims is broken. You can only get so far before it starts crashing. No solutions have been found that I know of.

Means it's broken.
From what I have heard it's an EA Games deal, not a vibrant issue. Rumor has it they are working on a fix, but I can't back that up.

Where u hear that info at? I cant find anything about it on ea games

No thank you actually. I just went and got this SPB Shell 3D it looks pretty sweet guy! Im gonna run it for a few and see how my system reacts to it. Honestly it looks like its gonna eat up some batt and RAM as its soo graphically intense but our processor is pretty beastly and should handle it just fine and our screen really makes it POP.
- Im currently running Malice w/Overstock kernel OC to 1.2Ghz
I will continue to run it on this setup and post batt life here for you
I'll test it on Tigersblood as well and post batt life here for you too
GOOD FIND! and thanks again!
that's what i want cuz it's draining a lot of battery
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA Premium App
what is your batt life like? and what is your current ROM/kernel set up?
just wondering cuz its def running my cpu crazy!
I'm using Bionix v 1.3 with the spb shell 3d and the tigerblood 3.22 kernel...

im avg 7-10hrs with my setup OC to 1.2Ghz it seems to eat bat and ram pretty intensly but I cant help running it. Lol

I'm liking the new KB5
Right now I'm using the bionix 1.3.1 with the spb shell 3d and the tigerblood 3.22 kernel, 225 apk running and saved in the tinanium backup pro, and my battery is working well... using it, it's during 6 to 8 hours depending how often I connect to the internet and play the games I have... I test the phone charged at 100% before a go sleep, I leave it like 8 hours and when I woke up, it only drop to 77%... This is working well for me... Almost forgot, the voltage control using the
Xtone's voltage values...

Dungeon Defenders Crashing/Locking up with Trigger 3.0.1 Rom Issues!

Ok so I have Trigger 3.0.1 Rom installed and for some reason the Dungeon Defenders Game keeps crashing or locking up. Didn't have that issue when I was using the Axura Rom. I am also using the Overstock 1.2 Kernel and my vibrant is over clocked to 1.2hz. Any one have a idea what's causing this issue? Only got it to work like once out of 15 times trying to play it. WTF!!! Any help would be great! Thanks a million!
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA Premium App
No replays huh?
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA Premium App
Try not to normal clock, in other words set the max on 1000 mhz using setCpu. Over-heating might be the reason for all this.
Yeah Axura wasn't using an overclocked kernel.
Were you using OverStock on Axura as well?
Didn't make a difference still locks up most of the time. Just did a clean install. wiped the memory cards too and still doing the same dam thing. Must be something else!

Lookout battery drain?

I use lookout.
I only get 1hour of battery. Then it dies. Could lookout be the cause?
Extra info.
Only overclocked to 1.2ghz -75 mV every freq. Screenstate consertive ondemand wake. Logcat enabled. Glitch v13.

If your android system usage is high, it may still be the culprit. Try uninstalling lookout and see for yourself.

My battery is very good right now. And has been for the last hour or two.
But I like having the security, so I'm lost. Don't know what to use

i dont find it necessary to have a antivirus on an android. as long as your careful about what you download then you should be fine. you could also just get a firewall to use on certain apps or if you have MIUI there is one built in
Sent from my SCH-I500 using xda premium
+1
Read all the review from Market for the apps u want to run. If still paranoid, search on xda first before downloading. No need for Lookout..
I use lookout, I have no issues with battery. I keep data off unless I need it.
