Do you mean reset WP7 from Mozart? You can go to Settings, About and reset there. All data will be erased.
Shamoon, can you provide any more details of you're problem? Like what sort of restart problem?
Is it restarting on it's own, or you can't restart/reset? Or what?
If you can let us know, we may be able to help, but as someone already said there isn't anyone currently working on this - probably because the Mozart connects mainly with Zune, which would need to be hacked... Which would have all sorts of implications :-/

Please excuse my ignorance if I'm way off the mark here. But does WP7 read executable files like WM6? Because if it does, and as we can already access the Mozart's bootloader screen, it should be a short while before a haret-like (or haret itself) application is developed.

No you cannot install any version of Android, as the phone is already discontinued in some countries i don't think we are ever gonna have android running on Mozart.

a) You are using a clone instead of the real thing.
b) You are asking if you can run Android on a system that has a completley different internal hardware then what its imitating, therefore all the drivers that the android builds use will be different.
Im a n00b when it comes to development etc but even im aware of this.
The only thing similar about these devices is the "look" and the fact they both run Windows mobile. Now Im not saying its impossible to run Android on your system, only that this inst the place to ask as this is a development forum for the HD2, your phone is 100% NOT a HD2

I got a htc 7 mozart here, from a friend . He is asking me to see if I can do something about this issue on his phone,and by puting a new rom in it. First of all the problem is , there is a watermark on it wich says htc Confidential. how do I get rid of it. second he would like to have the newest custom rom.
I allready tryied the 3 files of nodo but when I tryied to flash the Phone: it says another nbf file is needed. it crashes back by 0%
I have no Idea how to find a solution. Is there a way to fix this Issue . thanks and wish you a nice day

i've never heard of this problem - where did he get the phone ? Sounds like it could've been stolen?
If so - get in touch with HTC - they may be willing to offer some incentive to get it back - or if not - what is the OS version and bootloader version? Could it be an early leak? Chevron team might want to take a look

can you start something with that?as i told you i will meet my friend next monday again hope someone can find a solution to the problem. if not its his problem. what he told me is that it seems that this phone is a prototype the firmware is also under 0.7. he got the phone from a stand where you get old stuff very cheap, and when he bought it the battery was very low so he didn't notice the watermark. I tryed my simcard and it works. he wants to use it, but not with that watermark. so i would be very gratefull if you tech guys out there can find a solution to the prob >>> we need an update to this nodo thing. every ruu i tryied failed with 1% rebooting directly the phone. Go to Settings > Cellular
Look for Data Connection, Set to Off
If you want to use the internet, switch it back on.

Why can't I send MMS with data disabled? Is this an Android 2.2 weirdness or a weirdness of this specific device? On Android 2.3 on different device it is possible to send mms with data disabled.

Does the FOTA app on the device report that there is an update? Did you try to download it and install it over the air with the use of this app? What happened?
There is a way to install Gingerbread on OT-990 and it is explained on this forum, but, lot of providers have decided to stay on Froyo since GB on this device is known to drain baterry fast.
If You still want to experiment with upgrading Your software search forum, here is complete guide.
Let me remind You that this will void Your warranty and if you make a mistake device can be bricked.
Once You install ROM from instructions in link, Yo can install another GB custom ROM, I sugest Marina Lite.
But you must know, custom roms require new bootloader wich is included in first tutorial (first link)
And, yes, when you ask a question, try to be more specific. I didn't understand a thing from first post (or, I couldn't find question in it)

hey guys yes it is impossibe to run android on a windows machine at this time ( phones still down have the same cores as computers so its not like you can load a windows file on to a memory card and flash like you do on a pc . ( only because the companys found a loop hole on phones because legaly they have to allow it on pc ( basicly android uses shell (like comands ) and require a machine to read this ( android phones have a shell base comand ( windows are doss i believe soo yes impossible to do it on a lumia 520 ( becuase firstly its out dated and windows is unlikely so open the os on an old phone even if the law changes and secondly . youn would have to run a vry low level of android on it
In my opinion it can not be because maybe Microsoft is not really interested in this , because the current operating system is not yet completed the best

Version of Firefox OS on my device is Firefox OS 1.1.0.0-02009A that I installed as standard upgrade. After that, I have problem which is reflected in the inability of show me name of caller that I have in my Contact. So, I can never see the name of the person who called me, whether I have it or do not have the contacts, I see just phone number. That frustrate me very.
I've seen versions after 1.3 have a number of improvements, and I wanted a newer version of the OS to install, but do not know how.
I do not know if it's Telenor locked the phone and whether they can install the new version of the OS.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
