How to back to stock 2.2 on vibrant with odin

Find stock 2.2 files in dev section, make sure their like a odin, but you can find some that are flashable, you'll, just be rooted and on stock, nothing else if you flash
just do the instructions above..if any problem just come back to this post

I currently have 2.2 Froyo installed on my Vibrant, and I want to get back to 2.1before I install Axura204. I tried installing Axura with OCLF and Rom Manager...but no luck, so I figure I might have better luck installing it if I went back to 2.1. Is it even possible to switch to Axura since I am currently using 2.2?
I've only been using an Android for about a week, so please dummy it down for me. If I have to flash something or use Odin, can you please give me step by step instructions?

What is the difference between a kernel and a rom?
Click the icon in your drawer for OCLF and uninstall for there. Pm me for help with your flashing.
I would say just flash with odin and go from there. Do u known how to use it?

How EXACTLY do you flash back to 2.1? What files do I need to do it, and does it work with my existing firmware?

To flash to a 2.1 rom, make sure the rom has a 2.1 kernal comes pre flashed. For example, any bionix 2.1 roms can be used.

I want to Odin back to the REAL, FINAL version of 2.1 for the Vibrant.
Anyone know where to find this?
I keep searching, but only finding T-Mobile versions, bloated with their software, or an unreleased version of 2.2. I just want the 2.1 STOCK to Odin. Thanks
There is no official ROM released by samsung. But JFD is the true stock.

I am running Simply honey gingerbread rom and I want to go back to bionix froyo rom. My question is can I flash directly from recovery or do I have to Odin back to stock first?

I tried simply honey myself but didn't like it also tried trigger 2.3.5 but neither one made me happy so I went back to bionix nexgen gingerbread has too many issues

I need to root the device and have failed with 2.2, i think i have to either go back to 2.1 or someone said to go to 2.1 and install custom 2.2 firmware. Can anyone tell me how to downgrade and where to download the custom firmwares?

You need to flash the .pit and .pda via odin. I don't have a link to the files at the moment but I'm sure googe you could google it

Maybe I'm an idiot and missed it somewhere or maybe it doesn't exist, but I'm looking for the stock Vibrant Odin files for 2.2. I have to ones for 2.1, but I hate having to use Kies to bring it back to 2.2. Any help would be appreciated.
What I use is Eugene's 2.2 Froyo ODIN which can be found here:
