I know there has been some luck with some Moto Phones running this ported from the Galaxy S phones, but does anyone know if it is possible on the Atrix with the Tegra 2? There has been limited success with the Droid X, but I haven't found anything on the Atrix. When I install the LWP from the market it just says "Loading live wallpaper..." From simple digging around it seems many actually would like this to work on current Moto Phones.

I think it works only with Froyo
None of the Galaxy S live wallpapers are compatible with the Tegra 2. I've had this problem with the Microbes LWP and posted on here like 5 times if anyone wanted to try and get it working with Tegra devices. Nobody has ever cared...but man what a badass live wallpaper...

Maybe you saw the weather animation. Don't worry I though it was a Live Wall too at first
Life wallpapers are not included with the leak.
There is a YouTube vid of a Moto Droid running live wallpapers, but I haven't seen any on the Eris.
The droids been rooted, that's the reason they work
launcher2 needs android (google) framework to work, so htc framework for sense will cause endless FC.
So does that mean that we will never be able to have live wallpapers on the Eris?
Until root, its not possible. After root, I'll see what I can do.

I have always loved the Microbes LWP the Nexus S has. I was wondering if anyone at all has got it to work on their Atrix. I've tried installing, but it won't load up as the wallpaper so I'm guessing somewhere in the file is a setting and that setting needs to be changed to fit with the Atrix (I guess you call that porting)
If anyone gets this live wallpaper to work it'd be really great.

I have the motorola xoom and would love to have the htc flyer weather live wallpaper.
the samsung galaxy S II beach and windmill weather wallpapers are pretty good, but they just dont compare to the htc flyer's live wallpaper.
please upload the apk file, as it would be greatly appreciated.
Pretty sure they are part of Sense, so it wont work for you.

xml edit may get it to install, dont know if it will work pass that. Im looking at it now.

The only thing I noticed that there is no sound with this app....Otherwise seems the same as the old HTC app
If I am missing something, let me know....all my sound levels are up BTW...

I bought S3 from Dubai, every thing is perfect but there is no Dandelion Wallpaper. Tried to search the net but it looks like I am the only one in this world who is missing this wallpaper. I install the UK firmware but it was not there also. so I am just curious how is this possible, there are so many things blocked in this region but why will a wallpaper be Blocked.
Is there anyone from UAE or Dubai who just confirms me that they have the wallpaper on the phone so that I can return my unit. I dont know whether they will replace the phone just because only one wallpaper is missing.
Experts on XDA please help. I dont want to root my phone and dont want to use the fake ones.

There is no Dandelion 'Live' Wallpaper, its only a picture. Live one is made by someone else and not Samsung.

i have got the live dandelion wall paper, its way cooler than the still picture one which came with the sgs 3
the live one is free on google play store

Hilarious that everyone and their mother is putting dandelion live wallpapers with floating seeds and ripples on the market 'like the S III' (Several with air push, I might add), and the real S III doesn't have a dandelion live wallpaper.

No the s3 doesn't come with that particular wallpaper pre installed. And when it comes to everyone and their mother, having bought the phone I'm pretty sure they're entitled to install any wallpaper they like including the dandelion live wallpaper in question.

I said on the market, not on the phone - just the usual business of everyone wanting the latest and greatest look (Which is one of the great things about Android, after all) and opportunistic individuals wanting to profit from that (More power to them... Except the ones with air push).
Also a little curious that you say "That particular wallpaper" and "download it" when, objectively speaking, there is no such individual live wallpaper - only copies of something that didn't exist to begin with. Amusing, is all.

That pretty much covers it. Where would one go to find some of those "signature" wallpapers that phones get advertised/modelled/demo'ed with? For example, the Droid Incredible's famous "Red Swirl" wallpaper, the One X's "Hillside" wallpaper, or the different Droid Eyes as NON-Live Wallpapers. I know that you can find them from system dumps sometimes, but where is a good place to find a majority of these wallpapers?

search for kovdev wallpapers on google play and u can get all the wallpapers of latest mobile phones:

or check respective phones threads on xda to get these wallpapers
Thanks for the kovdev info! That's what I needed. Any idea where I can get the different droid eye walls? Those are the only ones that seem to be missing. Like the D1, D2, DX, RAZR, Pro, and Incredible eyes. Essentially a screenshot of their boot animations
