yeah i used that in InDroid Rom ...some one requested for it in the thread dont seem to remember his/her name...Anyways here they are..

well i'm on ARMVK rom(testing) with real low mem on system/media could you test the 30fps one i made..
Its around 35 MB!

So last night I decided to change back to one of my favorite bootanimations.. I went to the thread to download it again, found here: http://goo.gl/LcdU3
However, all the links are dead!
So I dug out the Captivate and sure enough I found it!

I would post a preview if i knew how.. It starts w the Apple logo then Android pops out from the side waving and eats the apple, displaying the words "Apples are for nom". Its very well done and looks great! Wish i could post the preview, can anyone help?

generally people would record a clip of it and post it onto youtube, that's the easiest way if you have another camera. otherwise they would throw together a .gif image from the images in the bootanimation.zip archive
How do you install this on the atrix? Same way as the Samsung device?

I was just replying to your original post.. Glad to see you figured it out! You are correct this is NOT to be installed with CWM. Use Root Explorer. I will edit the op to reflect that encase anyone else has the same question. Enjoy! I just changed my bootanimation just a minute ago.. I'm using the [root] live logcat lite.

It was all my fault. I was storing the .zip file in my CWM, Boot Animation Folder.

If u go ahead and send it ro me I can make it. A boot animation is pretty much a gif seperated into frames. I think ill post instructions on how to make them a little later

I've just decided to create a bootanimation which looks like the Bios-Setup.
My bootanimation is inspired by this one:

If I have more time, I'll make a "bigger" animation which looks better.

flashable zip doesnt work
Then pls do it the other way.
Seems to not work... I copied and replaced my existing one using ESFileExplorer... noW I just get a black screen with a white box in the middle...
Is there anything else I need to do?

Absolutely! I love ths animation! Im combinatiom with a black based bootlogo it´s just great. I would like to see 5.1.1 instead of 5.0.2 on it and later maybe 6.0.
