You need to buy LauncherPro Plus, otherwise it will always ask you to buy..

I assume that you're using MiniCM ROM, am I right?
You need to delete LauncherPro from system, but you need to use another launcher to delete launcher pro, otherwise your phone will brick on next boot.. You can use ADW launcher, because it's already installed..
Then, install LauncherPro Plus and after that install the Sense Mod et voilà..

Install LauncherPro Plus, and then the sense mod.. Yes, it says to replace, just press continue or yes and let finish the installation.. Thats it, nothing else

Mine is MiniCM alpha 3.1
And i selected the theme from Tweak Extras>Select Theme.....

actually you dont need to do anything...as soon as it reboots the theme comes up and you see changes in the status and lock screen also there is miui music app and gingerbread keyboard, you only need to change the clock and date color....

Same here. Tried Widgetlocker and Go Locker but both are an extra app besides the default one. This means they use resources and sometimes you have to unlock both the default one and the locker. I saw some themes around here with modded scrollbars but there is no guide or collection around...

The app looks good, the theme on the other hand... But this is no different to widgetlocker or go locker. We are looking for a mod, not an app which resides on top of the default locker.
EDIT: found this one on the ARC forum. It changes the slider. The files that can be edited in order to change the slider are in this package. The other files are also in framework-res.apk but I don't know which we need to change the rest of the lock screen.

maybe because we have somewhat similar looking UI before you flash so you didn't notice anything?
