dungeon hunter 2 - Vibrant Themes and Apps

anyone here playing this game? I haven't downloaded it yet because i don't want to waste money if it's not going to run good on our phones.
It has an online game which is why i'm interested in the game.

Plays fine. And looks beautiful.

how's the online gaming?

Can't report I do not have a wireless router . Maybe if I remember when I'm at Mcdonalds....

I have dh 1 and now 2, I loved dh1, but I still haven't gotten around to the wifi part of the download lol it requires wifi for the 920 mb finishing install, I will probly swing by a friends house today to finish it off

screw Dungeon Hunter 2. seriously.
played 3 toons all to 12 to get a feel of it, got corrupted. it's alright.
played a warrior to 60 on hard mode, my toon gets stuck UNDER the map. it's alright.
played a rogue and it won't let me finish a quest because the NPC is missing.
mad pissed, uninstalled in the end. of course, your mileage might vary but i'm just putting my experiences out there lol.
bad corruption everywhere for me. good luck on yours! loved DH1 and DH2 though.
despite ALL that bad luck on my side, the game ran incredibly smoothly. no worries. online mode is good but not really worth the time because no one really plays it online. better off in single player really.
[posted here because this is the only Dungeon Hunter 2 thread i found on XDA ]

I too loved dungeon hunter 1...im currently playing dungeon hunter 2 but i seem stuck in a quest that i cant find :-/...seems ok but sofar dh1 was better.
EDIT: got past my stuckiness lol,so far so good im liking it more and more as i go on

Ok i finished the game...not bad im now going thru again in hard diff.
Ive heard there is 3 difficulties so im guessing or should i say hoping for hardcore ;-)

So who has downloaded the tegra 2 version of the game? I just got it and I would recommend using wifi to get it took for ever with out wifi. So far it seems pretty good. I am blown away by how good the graphics are. The controls take a little getting use to. I can see my self blowing a lot of time on this game. So far I have only played alone with it. I can say this much its pretty hard if you don't have other people in your party lol.
I bought it, and I love it also! I'm debating shelling out the 5 dollars for Samurai II, as I've heard great reviews for it.
I was trying to figure out which one to get. I'm to cheap to buy them both lol. I figure this way I can try and con some friends into getting it for ps3 360 or pc so we can all play together. I tried the first level alone and I beat it but yea it was pretty hard doing it alone.
I played Samurai for a couple of hours expecting it to get better and more interesting... but it's just the same the whole time... press two buttons then run to next place.

OMG Samurai II is AWESOME! Def. worth it graphics wise and "cool factor." But as stated above it is fairly repetitive!
If any of you guys have experience, how do these games compare with Gameloft games like Modern Combat and Assasin's Creed?

I never played assassins creed on a mobile. Prior to the Atrix I was using a fruit phone. the only game like it I played was resident evil. The virtual D pad takes some getting use to other then that its pretty easy. 3 main buttons 2 attack and one to open the options to build traps and stuff. There is also a smaller button for jumping. They did a good job with the UI on the game.

Realistic HD Zombie FPS - Aftermath XHD

Ok, so if youve read any of my previous game posts you probably realize that i like first person shooters and that i love zombies.. ive been waiting for a game like this for quite awhile! "Aftermath XHD" is the best zombie game ive played on android and it runs beautifully on the nook. its a bit pricey at $5.99, but well worth it.

More of a 3rd Person Shooter but looks much better than Gun Bros, Minigore or GuerrilaBob. Thanks for the heads up!
Looks sweet, I love zombies.
Are there options to play with a bluetooth controller?
How far have you gotten? I bought this about a week ago, and I love it. But I can't get past Fattie's Ruin. The explosions from the grenades freeze the game.

im on the level right after fatties ruin. everything ran fine for me.. what setup are you using?
edit: it wasnt until i hit a group of 4 or more zombies with a grenade that made it crash.. small groups of 1 or 2 are just fine. anymore than that is askin for a crashin :-(

Kairosoft Games! Game Dev Story/ Hot Springs / Grand Prix

So I hadn't seen it here specifically, so I thought I would mention em. Kairosoft is a company that makes simulation games.
But the problem is.... Their games are terribly addicting.
The first one to hit the android market is called Game Dev Story, and it's a game that puts you right dab in the center of a game company. You have to run it, build games, win awards and even build consoles.
The second one to hit the market was Hot Springs Story, and this time you play as a manager of a Japanese Hot Spring/Hotel and it's a lot like the tycoon games where you have to build buildings and rooms, etc... This one is far more challenging but very fun.
And finally Grand Prix Story which came out just a few days ago; has you creating a Racing Team to compete in races and GPs. Possibly even more addicting than Game Dev Story.
ive heard nothing but good things about game dev, ill play it as soon as i finish the 15 games currently on my nook.

So, I just counted the number of games on my nook. I have 64 games on it!!!
That's not including emulators and most of the casual games (I mostly have them for my phone). I think I need counseling .
... and yeah, Game Dev Story is awesome! I'll have to give the others a shot.
Anyone have any info on how to unlock the surcharger or more cars with grand prix? I'm lost lol
So far, I've found most cars are earned through the Advertisers, Races, or upgrading another Car (I think I unlocked a car by doing this)... The chargers I unlocked on my first play through and didn't think much of it since I was past Y14. But I think it was through fully upgrading the Gears lineup, not sure though...
Kind of don't like Grand Prix Story after going through it 3 times... Keeping only one item that you most likely won't even be able to install right away is stupid, there's no way in knowing if the staff are going to be better or worse, you just either replace them and hope, or stick with the crapshoot mechanics or driver you have.
And finally, ending on Year 14... Why? Why not atleast year 20?
After going through it three times, my initial first play through where I knew nothing... Is my highest score, imagine that...
I think the supercharger comes from one of the advertiser (one with chimpanzee)
New car design comes from winning race and satisfied advertiser .
fastest way to grow it seems. a) after winning first round and getting 'buggy design" stick with that car. speed, acceleration, specially getting V8 engine asap.
The buggy car should win the first grand prix. after short use of proto car, just enough to win germany, where you get super car. So far this is my best, easiest car.

Guys you have to check out this walkthrough/faq! Spoilers are inevitable though >.>
has anyone found a proper walk through for this game?

This has been around for awhile but I wasn't sure how many people knew this actually worked on our phones. I've tested a good portion of these and most work. I even had 7th guest running on this at one point!! The only thing that was off slightly was the sound.
And don't forget Full Throttle

Yes! Isn't this awesome?
I'm playing Day of the Tentacle and it's flawless. Our phone is amazing.

Sent from my CHERRYπ-ed Atrix 3G v.06
I have the PC version of the Day of the Tentacle and that's the one I'm using. I'm sure you can find the games in file-sharing networks.

Oh I am getting this!
Ive owned every 2knba on my PC for years minus this one, soon as one of you play this take some screenshots and post them, and report back on PS3 Controller Compatibility please, if its good im gonna get this
I'm on JB, did not factory reset after upgrade. I think it is playable but with occasional lag here and there. Got a little headache after playing for 20 mins because of that. Haven't tested controller support yet though I think it will probably not support. Play the wait out game for the moment. Defense is impossible.
No lag for me on ICS Oced kernel. Yes I am trying to figure out how to play defense because is like a gym game right now.
