Sim swap phone's sim to gtab. Did it in the afternoon blocked service in night received text from att data restricted due to sim swappinp. Phone and text working but no data. Called ATT and told them everything and they tried to restore service but no success. Is my sim is blocked or my device is blocked? What to do?

Please help me I'm in an advanced state of panic. I downloaded an app from the web for free that you had to buy from the Play Store and after I used it a message something like this appeared "This is A-N-T-I-P-I-R-A-C-Y blah blah your SD Card is now formatted" I thought it was a joke but when I checked it wasn't and now all my important files are deleted. Is there a way to recover these files ? Please help me, I'm a banker and had important documents on my phone.

I recently rooted my Xperia Pro and after I finally did it, I have a problem now. The mobile internet isn't working. I can activate it, but the E- H- or 3G-symbol isn't shown and the internet doesn't work. I read in another forum, that my APN-Settings may be wrong, so I tried going to "Settings > More... > Mobile Networks > Accespoints", but this menu is empty. I only see the headline "APNs", that's it...
I deleted some apps, perhaps that's the problem, but I did a backup of the system/app folder. If that's the problem, perhaps you can tell me the app I need to reinstall...
I don't want to reset my phone completely, it was complicated enough setting it up once, I don't want to do everything again, so please help me...

OK, I got it. I feel really dumb It's normal that nothing is shown there, you have to click the menu button to create a new APN...
Just if anyone has the same problem
I have rooted and upgraded my HTC One (AT&T) to HD Revolution 22 without a hitch! But prior to that, I inadvertently deleted the files for the Polaris Office v.3.0 that came stock with my device. And I did not have them backed up!
I have the apk for Polaris Office, but I deleted the hidden file(s) on the user directory. I believe that it was a single folder labeled, polarisoffice that I deleted. Now I have the icon showing up on my phone, but when I try to upgrade it, it says the application is "Not installed". So, I can neither hide the app nor delete it fully. Nor upgrade it!
Would someone please tell me how to restore this office suite, so that I may upgrade it? The version was 3.0.???. Also, if someone is willing to send me the files, would you please tell me how to set the permissions on them? I am new to Android or I would not have made this stupid mistake.
Otherwise, the phone is functioning just fine.

PROBLEM SOLVED: Upgraded to Polaris v.5.0, so no longer need these files.
