I have a rom installed that works perfectly for me, and would like to install them same rom on my wifes phone.
Problem is i have deleted the download of the rom from the phone and only have a backup
The rom is based on z's freex10-beta4 and has cynogenmod as part of it. But i cant seem to find any traces of who created this rom .
Any sugestions much appreciated.

Well...euuhhh...yes its a custom 2.2 rom...amnesia rules.
Don't you have the zip file still on your sdcard.
If not you could install/restore an xrecovery backup of your x10 on another x10

The phone won't probably allow him to flash ROM from other device. CWM checks for device name, I don't know how it is with xRecovery.
And for a hard brick I recommend:

The Clockworkmod app hasn't worked since 4.0.4 I believe.
Regardless should not use apps like:
Clockwork Mod app
Recovery executer
ROM manager
Its always best to use recovery manually, so when Android doesnt work, youre familiar with the recovery menus
It didnt upload it once again, here is it
